Account Premium Skype covers the use of Skype Wifi?

If anyone has a premium account, does that mean they're covered when it comes to using Skype Wifi? Or would they need to add more credits on their account?

Skype WiFi is not covered by the subscription. You need credit in order to pay for Skype WiFi.
