Acer Aspire V15 not charging

I have a fairly new Acer Aspire V15 (I think I got it a month). He is in charge is no longer at all.

A few days ago, it seemed that the connection of the charger may be loose - he was charging intermittently - I could move there and find a place where she would charge. Today, it seems that he is no longer a connection when I plug in the charger.

I read somewhere to take out the battery to see if the laptop would only go on the charger, but it doesn't look like the battery can be purchased.

Someone at - it recommendations for me?

Thank you!

He's going to need a new charging port. If he is stirring, he broke loose from the motherboard. Which is usually caused by someone tripping over the cord or hit the plug against something. Unless you can do it, you should check in for warranty repair.

  • Can we do a disassembly video or guide of the Acer Aspire V15 Nitro Black Edition?

The laptop in question is the Acer Aspire V15 Nitro Black Edition VN7-591 G - 4 K 729V.

There is literally no clear disassembly video which is in English and subtitled in English. As most of this community knows, the Acer Aspire V15 does not have a maintenance hatch, so you literally have to take off the keyboard as well as all of the top panel to make any kind of change.

I want to replace the HDD with a SSD and most of the time I don't know where the slot for it, but it's all the other threads that worry me. Knowing what must be disconnected when you lift the keyboard and what belongs in knowing where is a nightmare. I'm not quite trust by opening, can someone make at least a step by step guide, with or without photos or at the most a video in English? Thank you.

What type of connector do you speak? These 3 connectors which are connected to the keyboard when you lift first open?

  • Acer Aspire V15 Nitro replace SSD HARD drive

I bought this laptop in March 2015. This laptop comes with 1 TB of HDD.

I wanted to replace the HDD SSD but I called the service center (Service of Highpoint), Acer technician told me that there is no way to replace with SSD because the port is different, any SSD can also compatible with this laptop HARD drive port.

This make me very confuse because I search in google, replace with SSD is quite possible.

So I'm here to ask for advice. Hope can get a response. Thank you.

My laptop model: Acer Aspire V15 Nitro Black Edition (VN7 - 591 G)

    -Core i7 4710Q

    -12 GB OF DDR3 RAM

    -HARD DRIVE 1 TB

    -NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M

you have 2 options on your laptop:

    (1) switch for one SSD 1 TB HARD drive

    (2) add an SSD on form factory M2 on its location (top-left, near the fan), so you can have installed SSD and HDD

the second option, other users have done so, and sometimes they have had some problems during the recording of the SSD as first boot device (or window Boot Manager), since the BIOS tries to boot from SATA port.

You can force it by pressing F12 at startup and select the appropriate boot device.

    It is up to you.

  • Need still restarts desktop Acer Aspire - keyboard not detected at the login screen

    Hello

    I have Acer Aspire ATC-605-UR13.

In the course of the last 4 weeks, suddenly the keyboard is not detected at the login screen. The mouse works.

Still, I have to restart to make the keyboard work.

Any idea of what caused it? Perhaps any software installed that do?

P.S.: Btw, I tried a new keyboard, the same behavior. I have concluded that this is not the keyboard.

    Thank you!

This problem has been reported after that install some recently released update of windows... Currently the ability to perform a restore of the system to an earlier date. You can also try to uninsatlling updates of windows manually from Control Panel > windows update.

  • Acer Aspire V15 Nitro and Intel Graphics HD 5500 question

    Hi all:

I have a problem with my laptop (model VN7 - 571G). After a recent update of Windows 10, now I am not able to connect the laptop to my LG TV via HDMI. I think it's related to Intel Graphics 5500 (current driver 10.18.15.4248). When I connect the laptop to my flat TV, laptop screen goes black (as has happened before), but TV message says 'no connection '. If I try to use the 2.6.1.4 Intel driver update utility, he said I must go to the Acer site for drivers. I already uninstalled all Intel drivers (VGA, chipset, etc.) and installed the Acer site but the problem persists. No idea how to fix? Thank you and what is the Spain.

  • Acer Aspire V15 Nitro Black Edition - Windows 10 drivers (touchpad / IO)

The touchpad drivers install but do nothing, I saw a post saying install IO drivers, but those who do not install. Choose my laptop, then Windows 10 64-bit model and download the IO drivers, they say "supported system no. None of these drivers seem to work, how to make this work?

The laptop came with installed 8.1 and I improved however, the hard drive has no 'end-to-end error' so I replaced it with another portable drive. When I upgraded to 10 8.1 the touchpad worked. I know that the touchpad is not broken or disabled insofar as it works very well on my linux install.

Have you tried to press Fn + F7?

on Device Manager, click the view tab, select Show devices and check again on the touchpad.

I would also check on the connections of ribbons on your mobile, because you or someone has changed the HARD drive and perhaps forgotten or loose something.

  • Acer Aspire V15 V3 - 575 - 50TD Ram upgrade

Hello, I just bought a laptop named in the subject.

The stock of RAM according to CPU - Z is ACR16D3LS1KNG/4 G.

I tried with RAM Module Kingston KVR16S11/8 (1.5V) and did NOT work.

I want to know what type of ram can I use upgrade.

I also want to know if the voltage is the only problem here, or should be another conflict.

    My upgrade must be:

    SLOT1: 8 GB (new)

    Slot2: 4 GB (stock)

    Total: 12 GB.

    Thank you.

    Hello

No, it will not work. DDR3 won't work at 1.35v and your laptop will provide just 1.35v. You must DDR3L.

According to crucial, your laptop can handle up to 16 GB of RAM, so a 4 GB with an 8 GB stick should be good.  But the two should be DDR3L

  • Acer Aspire V15 full lecteurC?

Really confused/frustrated. I recently bought my laptop because he had lots of storage (or so I thought) and have since discovered that almost anything which can must be registered in the D or external hard drives as drive C is rediculously small. I removed everything all of the bloatware as I can, but still every now and then the machine plays upward due to the C drive become full - even if I rarely, otherwise never save all files. I do something wrong or is it just that it is? Another annoying aspect of windows/pc/acer system. Any solution?

This happens because you need to install programs on D: instead of C:, you must manually set whenever you need to install something.

44GB on C: is good for windows programs and maybe 1-2

You can also do a clean disk, temporary files and windows update files can use a lot of storage, also check if the windows system recovery uses C: or D: as storage device.

Hibernate also use lots of storage.

    make a clean record

    Windows logo key

    type disk cleanup

    Click Disk Cleanup

    Click clean up system files

Let it scan your SSD, check the box on the list that you want to delete, definitely.

Click OK and wait a few minutes

    system recovery

    Windows logo + x keys

    Click System

on the left, click system protection

under protection settings check if C is used, if so disable and remove restore points, then add D: as storage for restore points.

Check with support from the manufacturer of their books online and the drivers and their forums system

In fact, what causes a lot of wear on a battery empties it too low on several occasions. With today
systems overload are not a problem.

Here are some tips to help and troubleshoot battery issues.

Old battery? Unplug the power to the computer - remove the battery and clean the contacts with a pencil

them and be careful). Batteries are old, or it could be a problem with the computer.
Check with the support of the machine system, and many of them have on line forums.

New Lithium-Ion type battery usually last longer if you do not unload then less than 30%
However on a laptop that not extend their life a lot. Best is to use the a/c adapter

  • My Acer Aspire R14 does not start with the cord of the charger plugged in with the battery connected to

A few weeks ago, my laptop Acer Aspire R14 went totally blank. When I unplugged the power cord, it started right to the top, but at the moment where I plugged the power cord back inside would be closed. The battery dies quickly in this way, because it would not charge. I removed the battery then it started upward with the power cord. I thought it must be the battery, so I installed a new battery. which is not to change the problem.

So, I ordered a new motherboard and after a few weeks, I received it today, installed, and I have always the same thing. It works well with the power cord plugged in until the battery is disconnected. But at the time wherever I connect the battery, everything stops, not to be revived unless I disconnect the battery.

I need help! What could be the problem?

    Glad I could help.

  • ACER ASPIRE E15 E5 - 571G does not charge when you play.

Acer aspire e15 e5 - 571 g. When I play games with the plugin from HQ. It suddenly stopped charging. Power and charge LED flashing LIGHT. and when I try to play without battery only HQ of the laptop is suddenly shutsdown. but when normal im use fees normally. Please, someone knows how to solve this problem.

It is not do immediately, but after you've played for a while right?

You use a lot of battery power and charger heat when it loads at full power

For a long time. As it is too hot it starts decrease amount of current continuous puts it.

What you see is the default of shipper. You must find a way of cooling of the device when you play for a long time. You can also get a new charger. It wouldn't surprise me if that one has already suffered some damage. Not getting does not load can also damage the laptop.
