ACER E5-411-P9A3

I bought my ACER E5-411-P9A3 of Yangon, Myanmar. OS default is 8. But I want to remove 8 and upgrade to Windows 7. Can ACER COMMUNITY help me?

Important: according to the details listed on the Acer site, your model Aspire E5-411 is compatible only with Windows 8.1. Therefore, even if you manage to install Windows 7 on it, you may not be able to download the necessary drivers from the Acer Download Center. In addition, Windows 7 installation can hinder the performance of your computer to some extent. For more information, you can search for your product on the following link details:

It seems that the drivers on your site take support windows 8.1

What is the answer to my question?

First, you must download the latest drivers.

    1. go to control panel and open the Device Manager.

    2. find the device that you are installing a driver

    3. right click on the device, and then select Properties.

    4. Select the driver tab, and then click the Update Driver button.

    5. choose Browse my computer for software driver.

6 let me pick from a list of device on my computer drivers

    7. look for the driver .inf file. Open and Next.

    8. the driver will be installed.

  • 36.0 Firefox would be the conduit that allows compatibilitycheck.exe on my Vista 32 bit of Acer laptop? I suspect that either TBird 31.5.0?

My 32 bit Vista Acer Aspire 4730Z recently suffered from the problem of "compatibilitycheck.exe". See (http://forum.kaspersky.com/lofiversion/index.php/t313939.html) for more information on this problem.

I repeatedly go to Safe Mode and use the features of BACK delete the incriminated, compatibilitycheck.exe and others in a directory named 'Compatibility checker', which often gave rise to any user account on the PC. I do this with WiFi turned off, IE. no connectivity on the web much more. I reboot with WiFi turned off in normal mode and the PC is lightening fast. However after I have reconnect to WiFi Internet viruses, infections or anything or returns, hogs CPU and brings my Acer to its knees.

I can watch spawning take place before my eyes in the Windows Task Manager "Processes" where multiple instances appear each CPU grabbing.

Spin 36.0 FireFox with NoScript 2.6.9.16 and TBird 31.5.0, CLAMWIN AV 098.6 worm is also installed with the current Virus DB always up to date.

No other browsers are still on my machine except the built in IE which I never touch.

Might this infection will appear at home through my connections to the web through the Mozilla application

Downloaded suggested Malware removal tool msert.exe. Performed a full scan which found and removed a Trojan horse and an adware malware program. Unfortunately, I inadvertently closed the details of the report that calls the two offending programs so I can't go to the list of their names in this response. Can someone tell me where msert.exe reports are stored? If so I will list them in this forum as part of a response to this topic.

  • Acer S277HK 4K - retina of Macbook Pro 13 "(model end 2013)

Hi Forum - I recently bought an Acer S277HK 4 K/60 Hz monitor and use as an external monitor with my Macbook Pro retina 13 "(modèle de fin 2013)."  I am connected using the "Cable issues Mini DisplayPort / Mini Displayport 4 K ready cable" to connect macbook to monitor.  So far, I cannot get the resolution of Acer to reach 4K / 60 Hz.   I did a lot of research on various forums and sites as possible and so far, everything I've seen leads me to believe that my MBP 13 '' end 2013 retina should support a 4K connection / 60 Hz, but so far, am not able to achieve this.  Someone has advice on how I can solve reach higher in the Acer external monitor resolution?  I've seen a few comments need to use 'switchrex' to adjust the settings, but no indication on this is extremely appreciated!  Thank you.

What is max resolution/frequency, you can get?

    This

With the help of 4K and Ultra HD TVs with your Mac - Apple Support screens

You should be able to get 4K@60 Hz with cable 1.2 DP/CDM? You have a cable 1.2?

A 4K cable does not mean it is 1.2 DP.

The monitor configuration screens has an option to support 1.2 DP? Some do it.

  • I just tried to install Firefox 14 on my Acer A500 Tablet and says that Firefox is NOT compatible with my device. When is this corrected?

Hello! I just tried to install the new version of Firefox (version 14 I think) on my Acer A500 Tablet and I get a message telling me that my device is not compatible. This seems very strange, new versions of Opera and Chrome that both work. I've been using Opera because older versions of Firefox were not very good, but I want to use the same browser on the desktop of my PC and on my tablet.

In simple terms, development could not finish in time for our first outing, and we did not want to delay by a few months.

You can test what is available for tablets as an overview with every night, our developer channel builds at http://nightly.mozilla.org

  • Need a link to DL Firefox 7.0.1 for linux, lang fi - FI (Finnish), to install on Acer Aspire one notebook with linpus linux.

I got an Acer Aspire One 110 with Linpus Linux lite. Nobody has updated, so the browser to this topic is Firefox 2.0.0.14, which is a major concern for safety.

The latest version of linux that works properly (as shown) is Firefox 7.0.1. Some people have reported problems from Firefox 8 in Linpus Lite.

So I need to find a link where I can download this version of Firefox, in Finnish (apparently lang = fi - FI) because Mozilla has removed his breaks like a stale version.

However, as it is the most recent version to work properly under Linpus Linux Lite (and also in view of the features of the Acer Aspire One 110), I could really use a download link for this version of Firefox, 7.0.1 in Finnish language.

    You can download it here

the mobile Firefox will work on my mobile? I have an Acer Liquid mini with Android 2.3.4 E310?

No, it isn't. Firefox requires a phone with ARMv7 support. The Acer's Liquid E310 has support for ARMv6. US study do Firefox mobile phones ARMv6-compatible but you don't have time for that work to be done.

  • Where to find drivers for XP for Satellite A100-411

    Hello

Please, can u help me with drivers for A100 XP - 411? What I found is just the videodriver... no lan, etc. etc.

I won't use Vista on my computer, because it doesn´t work with my router.

Can U give me the links to get the drivers?
The model is: PSAARE - 04P00MGR

    Thank you very much!

    Hello Alex

There is no special links. Only the place where you can find the drivers is the Toshiba official download page. If you find no drivers, you must wait. Now Vista drivers are priority and support for Windows XP edition family for new units certainly isn't the first job that Toshiba should do.

I just recommend you read other topics on this forum about Windows XP Home edition on the new laptops Vista preinstalled. You will find lots of useful information.
