No possibility to boot on USB or CD/DVD car will not be powered. Technical support said they cannot help me if I can't remove the battery (uselessness is which?!).  Apparently they have not suport scripts that relate to the actual products because it is a classic process for much older laptops.  I am an expert IT guy and has more than 20 portable and built a lot of my own computers.  I wonder if anyone has experienced this problem or has any helpful suggestions...
