Acrobat 9 - upgrade of computer OS from Windows XP to 7 - licensing issues?

I have a laptop Lenovo that came with Win XP and Acrobat 9 Standard pre-installed, but they gave me the Acrobat CD with product key on the back.   So after I wipe the HD and insall a new version of the OEM SP1 of Win7, can I just install the old CD Acrobat by using the product key, or I'll have the license re-installation problems? -JClarkW

In one of the menus, I think that maybe the file menu, there is an off button.

Was it the function Go Back which is a reverse upgrade and can suffer from problems as do the updates?  If so, you need to clean reinstall Windows 7 .

But in the same time own 10 Windows Installer which is an infinitely better, you can install it with zero complaints that overcomes all the problems observed with upgrade.  Most tech enthusiasts would never run an upgrade or an installation of factory - is it two?

If you already have 10 Windows on the drive and it turned on, then you have permanent right to reinstall as often as you want.  That's what I'd do, getting the superior clean install because that reinstalls Windows 7 became a PITA bread and it shows its years ago bad about proper installation of 10.

  • How can I move my computer from Windows Vista to Windows 7? Custom or upgrade?

Hi, I have a Dell XPS M1530 with Windows Vista 32 bit, I bouht a Windows 7 Family pack upgrade, my computer has this partition of the hard drive C: 220 GB and RECOVERY D: 10 GB.

I want to know that if I do the install as upgrade, it will keep the same partition of hard drive?

If that's enough, this partition of Windows 7, or should I do a large partition?

If I copy the D: RECOVERY files, do a factory image restore in the future?

I have some other doubts that I ask after this ones.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Walter,

Dell has not yet, I bought the W7 dell family pack,

Let me tell you what I did, I opened the D: RECOVERY and copy all the content in an external hard drive just in case where I don't know (I don't know how to do the recovery disc).

I copy all my files on the same portable hard drive, and then I make an original image to restore.

I update W Vista until Service Pack 2 and now I try to install the Windows 7 upgrade, but I don't know how to do and if I do which is how I had to do.

I have the reistalation W Vista 32 bit of dell DVD.

Let me ask you something when you said: ' make an upgrade should keep the same data programs and settings, etc ", do you mean that when I do the upgrade of the partition of the factory will be the same after the upgrade?

copy the files from an external hard drive recovery and create a disc from there will not allow you to use them to reinstall vista

Ask how to do recovery dell discs

    read my 1 answer

and make the windows 7 upgrade was referring to the installation of windows 7 as an upgrade to vista on partition of 220gbs

    Hi,

I see you have a subscription of photography under the enamel even as with the forums.

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

You can download the installer for Creative Cloud from here:
