TS said: serial number you invaded is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer. like what the HELL? I just bought and downloaded for $ 200! It then asks me to put in the pre Version number, when I've never had a version pre before! Ugh please help I am so on this. I bought to cry. I just wrote the same thing in our Acrobat, please help.
you purchased an upgrade from an earlier version of acrobat.
If you do not have an earlier version of acrobat, return, cancel or Exchange an Adobe order
If you do not have one, select the eligible version when prompted and enter its serial number when prompted.

Cannot export from Acrobat Pro DC - error that says not enough disk space
I am running Acrobat Pro DC in Win7. When you try to export a .pdf file in a .png image file, I get the following message is displayed: "error trying to write to the file. This may be due to insufficient disk space. I tried to export 1) a network drive, 2) a local drive and 3) Player of cloud, but without success. I have a lot of space on each. Help, please. Follow this thread to reset the Acrobat preferences:- How to reset preference settings in format Acrobat.
Also after opening Acrobat, go to the Help menu and repair the installation.
Try this: -.
Open a PDF in Acrobat
Go to file > export to > Image > JPEG
Save as dialog click on the settings button in the lower part
In the color management pane
Click on the drop down to RGB
Select Off & Ok
Save the file in JPEG format
If the problem persists, please check with the different user account to reproduce the problem.

Download a Trial Version of Acrobat Pro XL error
When I try to run the installer I get the following error message: the application could not be installed because the Installer file is damaged. Try to get a new setup of the author of the application file. Any ideas?

It seems to me that the uploaded file has been corrupted.
Please re - download Acrobat Pro 11 of: download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X and install it.

After reinstalling Photoshop and Acrobat Pro, I encountered an annoying error. When to start Acrobat Pro it justs works very well. When you start Photoshop, it works very well. But when printing to PDF from Photoshop, it appears a license screen ("your trial period has expired") in Dutch, but I installed the two applications in English. The annoying part is that the screen requires a serial number, but I have creative cloud! As I said, I already uninstalled all downloaded and installed again.

Acrobat 7 activation error message
Even if I am already enrolled in this projduct, Acrobat 7.0 suddenly told me my free triral of 30 days had expired and I need to register my product to continue using it. I tried to activate online and get a message that acitivation online is no longer supported and that I must do an activation of the phone. After crossing the long automated process for this, I get a message that says: it has too many digits in my activation code. I am connected to Adobe and he tells me that my proudct was registered in August 2012. Adobe told me that I am not eligible for the online chat and waiting almost 2 hours to speak with a tech Adboe there, and I don't have two hours to kill.
Any suggestions on what I need to do to use the product I paid?

I have DC Pro Acrobat installed on my Mac Pro (end 2103), which is at version 2015.008.20082 and have tried to update to version 2015.009.20069, several times, without success. Unable to install the update gives an error code 1636 so I don't have any idea what can cause this error to occur. I've recently updated Mac OS version 10.11, El Capitan. Can someone help me please?

Windows became unstable after noticing an arc that happened during the installation of a USB key in a USB3 motherboard ports. I used my installation discs for windows to attempt a repair. Windows didn't fix the problem and is now impossible to activate using the product key. There is no hardware made changes.

I recently bought Windows via Tech Soup to work on my Mac. I bought Parallels to run on the Mac. I went through the process of full download for windows, but now I get an error 0x8007232B DNS name does not exist. How can I fix it? Acrobat Pro XI - error "is not responding.
Acrobat has become unusable on my Windows computer. The program opens, but everytime I open a PDF file, the program hangs and gives an error "not responding". I then exit the program. It started just past a couple of days. Before that, everything was fine. I was not able to get the work done for the last two days.
Please, does anyone have a suggested solution?
I don't tell me if you install the latest update, then try again with the new user account and see if you have the same problem or not only by opening the pdf documents.

Windows 10; Acrobat Pro XI - error 1328
I see a lot of threads with similar concerns, but cannot find a solution. I uninstalled - registry cleaned, cache, rebooted and reinstalled without a hitch. But impossible to install a single update. The download of the update is very well - Install starts and goes through validation; first series of copy files; and on the second copy files to half, it begins to roll backward and eventually get an error 1328.
