Acrobat Pro DC: Tracker is messed up - how to remove and reinstall Tracker?

I had periodic with Tracker for awhile, but for the last problems while working for the most part very well.

Could not * withdraw * email clients, but may initiate.

Recently, they stopped once again saved in the Tracker. In other words, I can launch critical, but they do not appear in the Tracker, and do not save requests for review of my "sent" in Outlook folder.

Looked at the list of comments in Tracker... There is a * lot * of them now :-)

Tried to remove them (make a right click, remove Tracker, yes I am of course)... does not remove them.

I think my best bet is to completely remove the Tracker and reinstall. But... I don't know how to do this.
