Acrobat Reader DC save file

I've just upgraded to Acrobat Reader DC. The problem is that I had a shortcut to a drive that is commonly used in the default location. However, now that does not help because it does not show the shortcut. I am also unable to create a shortcut, because it does not show a specific folder. It also does not save my reader shared as a recent record. Y at - it something that I can so that I won't click on choose a different folder so I have to scroll for my player shared each time. To do this, thousands of times a month and always in the same place. Thanks for the help.

If you don't use online storage, you can change the Save dialogue box slot of Save dialog Windows.

Steps to follow:

1. start the CD player.

2. go in Edition > Preferences.

3. select general categories.

4. uncheck 'display the online storage when you save files '.

5. click on the OK button.

  • When Acrobat Professional XI save files on the new Adobe workspaces?

Here's the dilemma, and I can't believe that Adobe has not addressed this...

The product Adobe Acrobat Professional XI records in the cloud.  But the location which he records in East files.acrobat.com (you have to comb through the Internet or forums to discover this by the way).  When a user accesses to Acrobat.com, Adobe said to them that we are now Adobe workspaces with all the features, etc and told us to go instead, but the FLAGSHIP PRODUCT - ADOBE ACROBAT PRO XI records in the old Acrobat.com so-called obsolete - what I'm missing here?

Is there a plan to start to save workspaces Adobe Acrobat Professional XI?  What do we do when Adobe Acrobat.com stops? Why isn't this discussed anywhere?  What's the plan?

    Hi WarithNiallah,

    This behavior is as expected.

Acrobat.com - Personal File Storage is a free service that integrates with the software Adobe Acrobat XI, which was released in October of 2012. This service allows you to store documents online and access it from computers and mobile devices.

Acrobat.com - workspaces is the original (legacy) Acrobat.com service, offering a team workspace with up to 2 GB of storage, processing online and an online tool table. It can also be used to host shared reviews of PDF document invoked through the menu options in the Adobe Acrobat software. These services are offered free of charge.

  • I AM UNABLE TO SAVE a PDF FILE in THE OFFICE MY FILE WITH Acrobat reader DC.

If you use Adobe Reader, not Adobe Acrobat, so I would suggest that you switch to a more reliable as Foxit PDF reader.

Google Chrome will be available during the download. Simply uncheck the box when you see it.

Otherwise, the Forums Adobe would be the best place to ask.

  • Is there a way (yet) to save a PDF file to disk using Acrobat Reader iOS iCloud

Any suggestions on how to save a file Acrobat Reader in iCloud drive in iOS.  It doesn't seem to be one obvious solution other than emailing myself or using Dropbox. Surprising Adobe has not yet added this feature of Acrobat Reader.

While we do not currently provide support for the economy to iCloud Drive, iOS 10 will add this feature, and if you install the public beta version of iOS 10, you can try:

IOS 10, when the document is opened in Acrobat Reader, press the ' share' button to the right of the toolbar at the bottom. Then select "Open in... ' and then select 'Add to iCloud Drive' in the bottom row of the icons.

It is also interesting to note that with the latest version of Acrobat Reader (even with iOS 9), if you open a file to iCloud by car (via 'more places' in the scene selector), all changes will be saved to iCloud by car.

  • Acrobat Reader DC won't save files

WIndows 7 running on a virtual machine VM on Ubuntu 16.04

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 15.017.20053.63404 downloaded today, 7 August 2016

I spent several hours today filling the FBAR report. When I press save button, or Ctrl + s or alt + f, alt + FS, I get an empty window with "Save as" in the upper left corner and a upper-right close button. Repeated tests give nothing. The report must be saved in order to be filed.

    Ideas to save the file?

    Hi paulo65358095,

If you are still having the same problem, please do Edit menu > Preferences > General and uncheck the box 'Show when saving files from online storage '.

Click OK to save the settings and restart the application.

Make sure the application is updated to the latest released patch.

    Hi judithl34724699,

If you want to convert Word files to PDF with the Adobe Reader application then it is possible with the service Pack of PDF. Try to use the service on the web: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

Also try to use a different file type.

    Thank you

    Hi stephenf95557665,

    (1) you can simply save the file on your computer as allows you to save in the older version of the player, it is not necessary to register I your cloud of document.

If you save the file to the document cloud, you will be able to access any system from anywhere.

    (2) If you still think earlier version users need, then they can probably uninstall the last being & reinstall the old version using this link http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

A "quick" fix that worked for me was to uninstall Adobe... and download Adobe Reader 11.0 installation base.

Then download each individual updates and run them sequentially.

I installed back to the last update of security which is version 08 and were able to register under normal operations.

You will need to disable the automatic updates to keep up with the 08 version, until Adobe fixes this problem in a future release.
