  Acrobat STD is not available for Mac, you can install only the Acrobat Pro version.  Platform swap option is not available in this case, the product itself is different.

  If its like version of Windows Acrobat pro, you can change it to Acrobat Pro Mac. But not Acrobat Std to Acrobat Pro.

  As you have purchased a subscription, please uninstall the software and then reinstall it again using your creative cloud application.
