Acrobat Standard XI to DC Pro upgrade (how / cost)?

I bought a ScanSnap scanner that came with a copy of Acrobat Standard XI.  If I want to 'upgrade' which in DC Pro, how would I go about this, and how much would it cost?

I guess less than a copy complete DC Pro ($450)?  I want to buy outright, months no monthly rental.  I can't find 'upgrade' price anywhere on the page 'plans and prices.

    No matter how to install an msi package or manually, it continues to turn to the PRO version at first boot.

    I tripled to check the version downloaded from the deployment tools and also via user upload method. No dice!

    Download the standard setup to a new directory.  Use this new directory when you launch the installation file.

  • Acrobat Pro Trial wiped out my licensed version of Acrobat Standard

    Recently, I wanted to convert a PDF to Microsoft Word, because I couldn't find my original Word file. I thought that Acrobat Standard would, but apparently not. Search online told me I could download an Acrobat Pro Trial license, which can convert PDF files to Word. It worked great, but at the end of my trial license, I discovered that it's REALLY expensive to buy the Pro - same license to upgrade from Standard.

    NOW, I just want back to Acrobat Standard, but the trial Pro uninstalled my licensed version of the standard and go! My licensed version is preinstalled on my new Sony laptop like a beam of Adobe. I have no physical disks or my license number.

    What a mess! How can I go back to what I had before my trial?

    You will need to contact Sony, if they do not include drive and serial number with the computer, and if you keep a proper backup. What do you do if the disk hard failed and had to be replaced, for example expect Sony?

    I have a seat of office of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and I tried to activate it with my Acrobat Pro DC license key.  The system rejected my key and said that the key is for Acrobat Standard DC, not for Pro.  I know that the key is certainly a key to Acrobat Pro DC.  How to solve this?

    I checked your account & I see that you have purchased the upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC November 2 & Acrobat Standard DC November 3.

    Update requires the previous version of Acrobat serial key to activate, but the second is a purchase of full application (Acrobat Standard DC), and so it should not ask the serial number recorded previous product.

    Make sure that you enter the series of Acrobat Standard DC key not key upgrade Acrobat Pro DC series.

    Please download and install Acrobat Standard XI, to download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI or X . Enter the serial number, you even when asked during the installation process.

    If the problem persists, please share the screenshot of the window and following error you get log files "%Temp%" folder on your machine

    I have Adobe Acrobat Standard XI and since I upgraded to Windows 10 I can no longer edit or work on any of my files.  The program freezes and all I get is a message "no answer."  I checked the updates, and it says I have the latest update?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • How to install Acrobat Pro DC (perpetual license) upgrade to Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license)?

    In may 2016, I bought and installed Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license, v. 2015.006.30201) available for download from Dell's digital delivery, running on Windows 10.  At that time there I wasn't sure that I would need Acrobat Pro DC, but as a precaution, I checked with Ivan Adobe sales on 13/05/16 what Acrobat Pro DC Upgrade (perpetual license) would be upgraded Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license).

    In late August I bought Acrobat Pro DC Upgrade (perpetual license) as a package of DVD (part No. 65259139). Upon receipt of the package, I noticed the upgrade label, said that she would only install for users licensed of Acrobat Standard or Pro (version X.x or XI.x).  Before you open the package, 31/08/16 I still checked with Kelly (x 9036) and his supervisor in the field of after-sales service of Adobe products than the part above no. 65259139 will recognise and upgrade of Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license) in Acrobat Pro DC (perpetual license).

    Today, I opened the package and tried to install the upgrade, without success.  The Installer opens in mode configuration DC (Classic) Adobe Acrobat - Acrobat Pro DC - not to mention and it only offers the following program Maintenance options: modify, repair, or remove.  Change the option runs but leaves the existing DC to Standard of Acrobat (perpetual license) unchanged.  The repair option requires the addition of the Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license) Setup disk.  I have the 24-digit serial number but no disc, since Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license) has been downloaded.  I have not tried the Remove option, because there is no indication that the program will then install Acrobat Pro DC (perpetual license).

    Please let me know the correct way, tested to install the upgrade in these circumstances.

    Go to the Page of Adobe products.

    Click on the button to buy next to Acrobat Pro DC, then change the option 'I want to buy' to 'Upgrade' and select "Acrobat Standard DC" in the list.

    Proceed to checkout, and then install Acrobat Pro instead of the Standard version.

    Click on software under license and enter your serial number when prompted.

    Many people, (Brucgovn in particular), I appreciate the help... but nothing worked at all... but I FOUND THE SECRET!

    What you do, it is go to the Adobe Web site, click on your product and specify that you want to return items - you want a FULL REFUND!

    What is the first option, they give you?  The session ever elusive "cat."  Three times I tried with various silly responses that got me nowhere

    On my 4th attempt, I'm someone who knew what they were doing - literally within 5 minutes, all problems solved, and things everything works perfectly.

    So... my words of advice - forget trying to fix yourself - hitting where it hurts - in the wallet... the minute you say you want a refund - they struggle to get you fixed, hung, up and ready to go!

    I checked your account, and I see that you have purchased a subscription Acrobat still. But both Acrobat Standard and Pro are available on this page: PDF creator edit PDF | Adobe Acrobat XI subscription

    Note, however, Acrobat Standard is available for Windows.
