  Our tech tried to install two 2 licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for Windows - student and teacher of a private college in Yonkers - on two different machines.  He had been denied.  We have the keys.

• How can I get a refund on a plan student and teacher?

  I am currently enrolled in the plan of Acrobat Creative Cloud student and teacher. My school is supposed to get licenses for the plan so I don't have to pay for it.

  However, as I have had my credit card information on my account, Adobe was charged fees for the plan. How can I get a refund on that? I looked online, but couldn't find anything that could help me.

• I'm a student and teacher account in my school. My students allows my CC 2015 subscription to practice on their own laptops?

  Hello! I am a teacher and I have CC 2015 students and teachers of the subscriptions on two PC that uses our entire school. We are a school based project and the children design their own program. We have a handful of students who want to learn the various Adobe programs, but they can all use the same two computers during the time they are supposed to continue it. Is there a way for them to install programs on their own computers laptops windows, using my teacher account, without the school having to spend more money (which we can't)? Or they can do a 1 month trial? Also, are their age restrictions for the installation of apps/tests? Thank you!

  We recommend buying an additional license as needed, or you can ask the students to buy the student and teacher of creative cloud edition.

  There is no distinction between that of student/teacher editions... There's just the plan that uses the same software as any other plan.  If CC Desktop Manager installed and see something you don't expect, look through the following and/or explain what you expect / see.
