ACS 3.2 to 3.3 - restore config update

Hello

I've updated our server ACS 3.2 in version 3.3. I wanted to restore the config, but I got this message bellow:

"This backup file is not for this version of CiscoSecure v3.3.

Is it a 3.2 to 3.3 conversion tool to solve this problem?

Can I manually edit the config file to match the 3.3 requirements?

Thank you

  • iPhone 4 will not restore or update

    Hello

I just pulled out my old iPhone 4 that I haven't used for probably a year and a half. My iPhone 5 c died on me randomly and I set up an appointment to get it fixed, but until now, I need to access some applications I can download on my 4.

Surprisingly, the battery is still able to be charged and the phone finally woke up from his sleep. Then I tried to connect to my WiFi, but none of the wi - fi access points appeared in the list, and the upper left corner of my screen went on to say "search". I tried to restart the phone, which has proved to be a heck of a lot of trouble because it would show the logo of apple on the screen for so long each time. I finally went to bed and tried to sleep, but of course to get up to ten minutes later and the phone was finally facing upwards. Same problem of wi - fi. So I thought I would try to update.

It comes as I had before he told me "this phone could not be updated." and then asked me if I wanted to try the update again, or to restore and update, I tried the update again, just in case. That did not work. So I tried to restore twice (and to update because apparently that was required to restore) and he said "this phone could not be restored." According to me, it gave me an error number (16) and iirc the update error was (17).

    Can someone please?

During my minutes awake eagerly hoping that it works, I realized I should probably keep my 4, loaded and ready just in case my 5 c dies never again, because my Apple Care runs in June and I will probably not be able to pay a 6 until the 7 came out. Maybe even the 8.

If I am able to solve this problem and wi - fi still does not work, I'll probably put it in the fridge (that my Iphone 4 32 GB Black can't find any wifi network) because obviously my phone has been reset a dozen times now and my wi - fi works with everything else is probably not the modem.

I found the answer here: cannot restore my Iphone 4 after an update, Please HELP!

"I was able to fix this by simply changing the usb ports..."

Has worked for me, my phone has restored himself. Now is the time to try the hack of refrigerator.

Edit: so bad, I just went more near my modem (right next to her instead of the room above) and he acknowledged the connection. Hooray!

    Hi NickGodin,

You can try these steps and see if it helps.

    Step 1:

If you are unable to boot into normal mode, you can read the following article and try the steps to run the system restore.

An update is not installed successfully when you try to install the update in Windows Vista and Windows 7

Step 2: When you are in normal view, you can see the history of update to discover the update has failed as a result of the article:

See the Windows updates are installed

    Step 3:

You can also try to download and install the stand-alone package with updates from the Microsoft Download Center.

    a. to download updates from the Microsoft Download Center

    b. Enter the item number in the field search and download the same.

    c. double-click on the downloaded file.

    d. click on run and follow the wizard to install it.

  • How do I restore an update partial version 9?

Last week, I started to install the fix APSB 12-26. I downloaded the file, unzipped and followed the instructions on this page. I had to enter the console by clicking on the 'i', adding the hf900 - 00009.jar file and clicking on the submit changes"" button.

    I restarted all services.

For various reasons, which I won't bore you here, I could not go any further with the installation of the patch, so I don't change anything else on our installation of CF9.

Since, we've had some weird problems with our Web sites, which may have been caused by this partial installation of the hotfix. I would like to uninstall whatever it is only to add the .jar file, but I can't find information on how do it.

I checked our backups from the day before, I tried the update and the folder now contains the hf900 - 00009.jar file and a file named empty.txt has just the file empty.txt in it. Should I simply delete the .jar file and then click on the "Submit changes" button, or is it more than that?

As you can tell, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to the administration of ColdFusion, so I appreciate any help you can give me.

    Hi Lewis,

There are 2 sections and that you mentioned that you have not completed the process of update, then you can simply replace the CFIDE folder and delete the update file .jar file and restart the service to the ColdFusion Application that will do it.

If you have followed Sections 1, then removing the .jar file, then start it again service restores the update. However if you follow the Section 2, then I need to know if you have to replace the files in the 'lib' folder or not. If you did then it is difficult to reverse, however if you take the backup of the 'lib' folder so you can replace it with this.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you

  • Restore config on the hub

I was looking for an overview of the process of restoration to a hub, but haven't found anything. Even the manual I have about Cisco VPN has nothing on the steps involved. Is it as simple as connecting via http (s) or ssh and restore a backup of the config, for example

    List of files

    -------------

    SAVELOG. TXT CONFIG CONFIG. BAK

    (1) delete file

    (2) copy the file

    (3) view file

    (4) place the file via TFTP

    (5) to obtain a file via TFTP

    (6) exchange of Config files

    (7) to export the XML file

    (8) import an XML file

    (9) to reformat the file system

    (10) back

and overwrite the current CONFIG file? Are there pitfalls here?

    Thank you

    Bill

Yes, copy a good backup of CONFIGURATION and restart the computer.

As long as the file that you have saved to is good, there is no traps.

The password of the admin account is NOT contained in the file config however.

  • How to restore config created with get-vmhostfirmware

    Hello

I have created a backup of my ESXi host with get-vmhostfirmware configurations using the script from Alan Renouf linked here http://www.virtu-al.net/2011/02/23/backing-up-the-esxi-system-image/

    I'm basically running...

    Get-vmhostfirmware - $vmhost ESXI1 - Backupconfiguration c:\ESXIBK\ - Destinationpath

    This creates a configbundle - esxi1.tgz

It's terrfific, but I don't know how to restore this configuration.

I think that the answer is, but experienced people can you please confirm

    Game-VMHost - VMHost ESXI1 of State "Maintenance".

    Set-VMHostFirmware-catering - Sourcepath c:\ESXIBK\ - HostUser - HostPassword password

This seems OK or do I need to list the name of the bundle?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

Simply add the parameter VMHost and perhaps avoid the prompt

Set-VMHost -VMHost ESXI1 -State 'Maintenance' Set-VMHostFirmware -VMHost ESXI1 -Restore -Sourcepath c:\ESXIBK\ -HostUser user -HostPassword password -Confirm:$false

  • Dreamweaver 8: restore config/sites

    Hello:

I transferred computers from XP to Windows 7. I use DW 8. Before I switched computers, I've created a site backup from within the program. However, I did all of the backup drive and who has access. I just loaded DW 8 on the new machine, found the Configuration file saved and, on Windows 7, restored to: C:\Users\George\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8

However, when starting of the new DW 8, my site information do not show. How do it? Are there any other Configuration I should restore files/folders?

    Thank you

  • How can I get my backup iOS9 stick? 'Restore backup' updates automatically to iOS10 once again without asking me first.

Title says it all. I HATE iOS10 and I have a backup of iOS9 into iTunes from just before the update, but whenever I try to "restore from backup" it automatically updates new back 10 without asking me.

Help, please. 10 is a total disaster on my iPhone 5s; endless crashing and overheating. I just want my phone works again... and dump iOS10 like a bad date.

Latest version of iTunes is running. 10.9.5 OS on a Macbook Pro.

Sorry, but you cannot go back to 9. It is not an option. I have two iPhone fives on iOS 10.0.2 with no problems. Your must not be crashing or overheating. I suspect a corrupted app that comes back with the restore of the backup. Can try a restore as new to test.
