  • Active actions priority rule

Since there is no default rule, I have to create rules more than necessary and some rules may conflict. Is there a way to set priorities for the rules so if conflict rules, the higher priority rule is enabled?

There is no way for the user to set the priority in the active Actions. Instead, it has built in the algorithm to determine priorities and users can see the priority of the rule on the screen check the status from the main menu of the active Actions.

  • References for the development of rules of reconciliation for IOM 11 GR 1 material

    Nice day!

    Hi people!

I would like to ask if you can share some references or any document which addresses the development or creation of rules of reconciliation for IOM 11 GR 1 material. Currently, we are trying to draw users to an SAP system and available to MS AD. Currently, we want to develop reconciliation rules such that we can avoid making ad-hoc manual link.

Apart from the documentation guide, are there any other available reference to help us develop rules of recon a simple definition and there may be, we can seek to define a complex?

    All answers are appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

    Kind regards

    Hello
I am facing a problem using the connector (DBAT_91050) of the Table of database Applications.
I have correctly installed the connector and created a simple table in a database diagram (first name, family name, emp_id, role (as well as varchar2)).
Then I created a generic connector for a trusted source and mapping.

    Welcome to Oracle Forum...
Fairly good condition of the work you are considering its only your second day...

In any case, you must open Console Design to solve this problem... Click on the subject of resource... There will be a resource object... namely TEST_GTC...
Open the process of commissioning for the purpose of resource...
There will be a tab "Reconciliation field mapping... Click on this... Then see if the user ID is marked as 'key to reconciliation... "
Then go to the menu item "Reconciliation rule" at the bottom of the console of design...
Open the rule for TEST_GTC Recon...

Check if validates it and Active, both boxes are TRUE...

Then go back to the subject of resource TEST_GTC... --> Rules of Action reconciliation reconciliation tab--> create a profile reconciliation...
Then go to DEV_OIM... This time, you will be able to see a RA_TEST_GTC_1234 (1234 being OBJ_KEY for TEST_GTC)

If you find this useful or appropriate response, please mark the helpful or appropriate. And then mark the entire thread as a response.

  • Reconciliation of target

    Hi all

I'm performing reconciliation Trget (OID - IOM) here's the scenario

    1. create the user in OID.
    2. run the Traget reconciliation.
3 link should be established between the xelsysadm and the account of the OID.

    How to achieve this?

The action of the rule od the OID resource object I added action ANY MATCH FOUND = ASSIGN to the USER (xelsysadm) .

But I'm not able to see the link. Help me

    Thank you.

For your understanding - typical target scenario Recon

    (1) matching process
To do this, you must create the mapping between attributes RO and the form fields in the process definition (mapping the field of reconciliation) and define mappings of keys corresponding to take place. You can define multiple keys. In this way the matching process takes place with the resource already provisioned or certain actions occurs when you define your object reconciliation rule.

    (2) corresponding entity
To do this, you must create a reconciliation rule where map you the RO attributes with the attributes of the entity.

In your case, you must follow the corresponding entity scenario

  • Marked move messages to folder rule

I just want one thing very simple: I'm Mark messages be removed and placed in a folder of my choice. How can I do this? Why is this basic function not yet standard in email like a button or something?

This isn't the way that mail has been implemented with flags. A flagged message may reside in a mailbox. You can send feedback to Apple and let them know what you want. They will read, but not respond:

    http://www.Apple.com/feedback/mail.html

That can be done also with a rule. Indicators are an action of rules, not a condition. If the rules won't work.

The mailbox with flag display all flagged messages, but they will remain in the folder they reside in.

  • Connector DBUM - trasformation of reconciliation

    Hello

The user has two accounts in the oracle database. So, when we recognize that two accounts we need to link under the same account.

For example: golis is the IOM account

'golis' is the first account in the target database

"dvgolis" is the other account in the target database.

When we recon 'dvgolis', it should be also bound under golis.

So, I created a reconciliation rule, as below. He was able to pull the user and link under golis.

    1.jpg

    2.jpg

But the name of the account is with random numbers, but not the username. when I recognised the real account, his account is also get shot with numbers (ORC_KEY)

    3.jpg

Do I need to configure all settings to fill in the name of the account with the user name of the target system for all accounts.

    Thank you

Simply click on the field, which you did, and then profile to recreate the reconciliation of the resource object.  No new form is necessary.  Remember, you will need to update the ORC. ORC_TOS_INSTANCE_KEY field if you need to correct existing users.  You can use something like this:

    update of orc set orc_tos_instance_key = (select ud_db_ora_u_username from the ud_dbat where ud_db_ora_u.orc_key = orc.orc_key);

Just update your username field value and it will update existing users.

  • Cannot configure Flatfile reconciliation in IOM 9.1.0.1

    Hello
I am facing this weird problem with IOM in my new project. I followed the steps below to set up reconciliation flatfile using as a source of confidence.
    1 transportation provider shared drive
    2. the format CSV - provider
I filled out the location for the directory (Parent) of the commissioning stage and archiving. I'm using Cp1251 to the encoding of the file.

The problem I'm facing is that as soon as I move to the step above for the mapping, I see not all fields in the Source and the staging of reconciliation
step 3: change the Configuration of the connector. What could be the reason? The flat file is already in the location of the parent directory, before starting the setup of Flatfile GTC. There is no logs generated for this for obvious reasons. It would be awesome if someone can answer soon because I was facing this problem since yesterday morning.

    Remove the password...

IOM generates its own password internally (i.e. User Login in the CAPITAL) in Trusted Recon...

Also, please give us sample of a line so that we do not know what is the error...

Hope it's something like that: -.

    Connector #GTC
Login, firstname, lastname, Type of user, the Type of employee, organization
A000001, John, Thompson, the end user, full-time, Xellerate users

Typical error is role (i.e. ideal case should be of Type Employee-->--> full-time role ) and the Type of Xellerate (i.e. ideal case should be of Type user--> Xellerate Type--> for the end user )

First creation 'Reconciliation rule' because connector GTC creates no 'rule of reconciliation. "

    User--> user login ID

Reapply matching rule... the event stuck in "Received event ' status...".

    Send us the error

  • User account creation target Recon AD.

    Hi guys,.

I use a flat file on e business as my reliable source to IOM.   IOM has ldap sync enabled in OID.

    I also have Active Directory.

There is an installation of an instance application for AD, but no user didn't get put into service of our era. (Intentionally)

What I need to know is, if I run the AD user target Recon, and the rules of reconciliation to say that if IOM samaccountname = user login then announces to reconcile the user,.

recon work will create and take into account in the section of the IOM for the user accounts.

FYI: users already exist in IOM and AD so must be bound as and when they arrive.

Correct sounds. Check the action of reconciliation rule to ensure that it will link when match.

  • Linking the existing user represents their newly created accounts of IOM

    Hello

We implement IOM to an organization where we use their HRMS as the trusted source for reconciliation. Now, the scenario is that, as of today, all users in the Organization have their user accounts created in different applications which are now included in the IOM.

Now, that we carry out reconciliation with their HRMS, the user accounts are created in the IOM.

As these are newly created user accounts, their "resources" tab will be empty. What we want to do is to connect the accounts of existing users of these applications to their identities from user to IOM. So that when you open the "resources" tab, we see what resources are allocated to the user. Please note that these are their user accounts for resources that existed prior to the introduction of IOM.

Early response will be very useful.

    Thank you.

For each resource, you need to configure the recon fields and mappings. Configure the rules action recon and reconciliation rule. Mark a field as key for process mappings. Then, when it is configured, click on the button create a recognition profile. Now, when your incoming events correspond to your configurations, it will link the resource to your username.

I wrote a code for recon custom target. I traced the user name in the key field, now the requirement has changed and I need to map personid instead of the user name. Now, I changed the key id of the person and im getting the following exception.cant, we change the key filed once the connection is made?

  • software Alert

I'm looking for a software alert, I can issue alerts Foglight for, most action these rules is on EmailAction.

    Any recommendations?

    Thank you

    Rachel

    Hi Rachel,

You can take a look at this:

    http://en.community.Dell.com/TechCenter/performance-monitoring/Foglight-APM/b/APM-blog/archive/2013/12/18/new-partnership-reliable-alerting-and-on-call-scheduling-with-pagerduty

There are other ways to accomplish alert forwarding too. The easiest would be to create a simple rule that fires when other rules, and have the action on this rule makes the transfer of fire alarm.

    Kind regards

  • Asynchronous business event is not raised.

    Hello

I bought "oracle.apps.per.api.employee.create_employee" business with an asynchronous subscription with phase event = 101. Now every time that I do a rental through self-service or business seminar Test (from the system administrator), the event is fired that they are intended. I am trying to check the following navigation to see the transformed XML data is generated by the business event.

    Navigation is:

Administrator Web Applications of Workflow > > Oracle Applications Manager > > Workflow Manager > > flow > > activity of agents > > WF_DEFERRED (select this agent to view the XML message).

The event is considered as are treated. But the funnction which is attached to the business event is not called. The called function inserts data in a custom table. But after that the event is triggered, there is no data in the custom table. As a result that the function has not been treated at all. Is something theye more what can I do to make this work?

When I am subscribing to the event synchronously with the Phase = 99 that it works correctly.

helped the business with details of next subscription event.

    Triggering event

As suggested in the event withdrawn but untreated subscription , restart the "Deferred Workflow Agent Listener" service helped in this case. • Accounts of load mass in OIM 11 g R2 PS2

    Hello

I try bulk load accounts to a disconnected application instance and meets with following error:

ERROR == > one or more required input parameters passed to

procedure 'oim_blkld_pkg_account_load.oim_blkld_sp_account_recon' have the value NULL

    Exit the utility...

Not sure what is the cause - any hint what might be missing is much appreciated.

    Thank you.

Just to complete this and to help anyone facing a similar question

    (1) to load accounts must define the rules of reconciliation which will correspond to user accounts and

    (2) reconciliation rules can be defined using the design in 11 g r2 ps2 console

    (3) once the rule is defined must make sure of that the State is active before performing the load operation into bulk account.

Once all this loading mass balance can be run and it ends.
