  Language switching in Cloud applications is a preference setting. Switching language non-Cloud has always required contacting Adobe, as the license is tied to the language. Language files must be included with the installer and the legacy versions are archived with different groups of language files.

  For the Suites and standalones inside each suite - I have always understood that the languages listed next to each link are the only ones to be included in this specific download.

  Very few languages listed for CS5 Design Premium. No Dutch so I do not think the OP won't get a Dutch version of one of the links below.

  LachelleBryan I'm sorry you are facing difficulties to install Creative Suite 3.  I saw the serial number you provided in the case where 0218971788 and serial number is a serial number of volume for Creative Suite 3.3 Web Premium for Windows license.

  As serial number is a serial number of volume license there are no activation installed or limit activation to reach.  You will need to use the volume license installation files or you will receive an invalid serial number message.

  You can download the installation of license volume of https://licensing.adobe.com/files.  You will need access to the site with an account that was previously provided access to downloads.

  In short, Adobe decommissioned the CS2 (or earlier version) a couple of years activation server. So when your software try to contact Adobe activation server, nobody's listening because there is nothing more. The line is dead ever return.

  So, Adobe offered a version without CS2 activation for people in your position to continue to use your software.

  Forget your CGC1.1 and forget your serial number. Nor will work more.

  Use the CS2 without activation and the new CS2 serial number provided by Adobe.

They had to be put into the folder of the user account or activated as a collected police policies. Which has been fixed in 10.11.3.

  Otherwise, I use most of the CC apps every day (primarily Photoshop). Everything works as expected.

  I have three serial numbers for this suite of products that are at the back of the CD case. The first serial number is for "Creative Suites Premium," which is the product that I want to install.   If so, do not try to install with your DVD, it won't work. You have to install CS2 (free upgrade for you as an owner of CS).
