I downloaded the program on my laptop and everything was fine. But, my laptop broke so I had to buy a new one. Since I bought the program with the tuition to make me pay for school with I need to download the Adobe on my new laptop computer program. I tried to download it, but it is said, "the product you are trying to install is not a true software of Adobe and seems to be false." How can this be when my college provided me with it and I had already downloaded it to my old computer? I have my proof of purchase and all! And when I connect to Adobe, it does not show me my programs, I had already downloaded! Help, please!

  I am currently a question on some machines where the performance of a program within the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium collection invites the user to connect / activate within 32 727 days. I studied some and found it to be a problem in the past, but have not been able to find a solution. The Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium has been installed using JOHN 3.1 and any help on this is greatly appreciated.

  Essentially it it not allowed and re allowed CS6 on login

  C:\AdobeCS6serial\AdobeSerialization.exe adobe_prtk - tool = UnSerialize - leid = en_US

  C:\AdobeCS6serial\AdobeSerialization.exe adobe_prtk - tool = VolumeSerialize--provfile=C:\AdobeCS6serial\prov.xml

Please try another. "What I am doing wrong?

  This message indicates it requires the serial number of the previous version from which you are migrating.  Which is that you are using, or you enter the cs6 right there?

  If you want to enjoy the creative Member produced only cloud updates day, then you will need to disable the perpetual license and when launching the product again choose this product under license and sign in using your Adobe ID rather than activate with your serial number.
