Activation of Photoshop elements Student Edition for primary school students

I bought a card to Photoshop elements Student Edition license for my daughter who is in grade school. We was told that she might concede that with assistance from her .edu e-mail address, but cannot find a way to do this. It doesn't have any kind of student card she can use as proof of being a student. How can I get a serial number to activate this software?

Hello

Have you filed proof of identity-e 2.0 eligibility?

You can provide us with the order number and we can verify the same for you.

Kind regards

Sheena
