  Please consider buying the latest version 11.0 of Photoshop elements that is compatible with Windows 8.

  Hello

  I am owner of a photoshop elements 13 for some time and I changed the HARD drive so I had to reinstall PE13 however when you insert the activation number I get a yellow windows indicating that the number cannot activate this PE13 and contact Adobe technical support.

  What can make, who do I contact? Adobe website for support is a bit confusing.

• Why won't the activation of Photoshop Elements

  I installed Photoshop elements (and first) and it will not be activated.  I have an Adobe ID and I can connect that I entered the serial number Adobe ID but when I try to connect BLAH items I get my passwork and ID then the screen disappears and gets me to elements, but I'm not connected.  I uninstalled and reinstalled but still does not.

  Working on a PC running Windows 10 and using Firefox for browsing.

  Any advice?

  The first time buy PhotoShop.  I need it for a project I'm involved in my school, but I can't download creative cloud or PhotoShop elements 13 because Vista is not supported by Adobe.  However, I find it easier to find a version more suited to my computer instead of the update (just, I will be brief, it is not convenient at THIS TIME for me to upgrade my PC, even if many think it would be better for me).

  I was just on the Amazon search for PhotoShop elements PC available boxes and goes with whatever version 11 or less than that which was at a good price.  It is a good way to go or is there something special about buying CD download I need to know?  Is the purchase of a source like Amazon, rather than directly from Adobe put me at risk for a false version of PhotoShop Elements (although I was looking to buy a box of 'new' to avoid this, if I can find some)?

  Hi Anderella,

  You can install and activate Photoshop Elements on two machines, but according to the EULA you may not use them simultaneously on both machines.

  If you have a cross platform serial key that works on Mac and Windows, then you can install it on a Mac and a Windows machine.
