Add Fireworks HTML in Dreamweaver code on top?

I need help with adding code on top of my Firefox HTML I import into Dreamweaver. I'm very new to all this, so I will explain my approach and I'd be happy to help!

Basically, I start with Photoshop and create a psd that I want my page to look like. Then I open it in Fireworks, slice into buttons and sections, create buttons for my buttons and export the HTML and images. In Dreamweaver, I create a new html page, import the fireworks html code and then set up the links for my buttons. It all works very well so far. The problem I'm having is when I want to add in the code outside (mailing list sign upward form, paypal, facebook like plug-in buttons). I tried to use AP Div tags. It was a bad idea because the tags to remain in place when the browser window is resized, but the other elements move. So, my problem is how to add in this code (who write code or even read this isn't something I know him) and keep him in a position of fixed over my imported fireworks HTML. Please take a look by yourself... www.stopbitchingstartarevolution.com. many pages (pages, join page store, etc.) have these items and they are in different places depending on the size of your browser window. So, I did my site all this and I'm basically ready to launch and try to get some traffic to it, but it's my last main problem, with the exception of general improvements and misspellings that I tend to later.

Sorry to be long-winded, but here is my situation. I am very grateful to all will help.

Thank you

NIKA

As much as I know, you can not do with the Insert panel. Those must be among the default items in the Insert menu.

You could do that (if you aren't already)...

Highlight the text in Design view

Right-click and select surround with tags...

    Type s-u-b or s-u-p

    Press enter/return twice

Who will wrap your text in the proper tagset.

I'm having a problem lining up two div in a div. A div has an HTML inside fireworks (by the way, I can't understand why only the button States are not ' work.) I inserted the code via the Insert menu > image objects > fireworks html, but for some reason, the work of button States. When I open the navbar.htm in the file browser, it opens it in dreamweaver and it works perfectly in the live preview). The other div has a simple jQuery slideshow. I have these two div in comprehensive plu div named 'div id = wrapper. How can I match these so that the nav div and body div flush against each other within the wrapper div tag?

  • Fireworks html code. Shows white rectangle rounded edges

I created a drop down list inside a rectangle rounded on a transparent background.

To add to my page, I exported the menu said the Fireworks Html form and used as an included header on each page with php.

Somehow, the corners of my canvas are displayed as white when on the page itself.

If you want to see an example of this, please click here

What could I do wrong or what cause would you please?

You did not say what format you exported in. If you use a canvas color that matches the background color of the HTML page you will place the image on, so you can export with transparency of the Index and have a transparent background. If you are working on a transparent canvas and export to the formats GIF or PNG8 and PNG32, choosing the Alpha transparency will give you the desired result. Transparency support JPEG or PNG-24 format.

  • Where is insert > Fireworks HTML in 2015 CC? [was: Hello]

    Asked and answered here

How can I insert Fireworks HTML code into Dreamweaver CC 2015 document?

  • Fireworks edit in Dreamweaver pout and refusing to update.

Again, I am new to Fireworks... Let me know if I'm completely off base here. Before we begin, I'm using Fireworks CS3 and Dreamweaver CS3 as part of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium. I use an iMac running OS 10.5.2, Leopard.

I just finished the design of a new navigation bar in Fireworks for my company's website. The HTML exports and very well integrated in the existing pages (so far). I'm testing each page with the new HTML Fireworks to see if something is going nuts until I take it direct.

Here is where I could be delusional. I insert the HTML in a page, and then use the option "Edit in Fireworks" in DW to change the default state of a button by using the option "display in 'down' State of charge" (depending on which page is currently facing upwards). I noticed that even if I use the option "Edit in Fireworks" to do other things (for example minor spacing problems) with marginal success... FW is not reflecting the changes "in State" DW at all. I swear I've done this before and it worked, however!

When I'm doing these changes and "Outlook" in FW, everything works as it should. However, as soon as I hit 'done', no update is reflected in the DW page... or they are saved in the original HTML the FW file when I go back and check.

If I'm completely wrong, what would be the best way of reflecting a button 'to the low state of charge"for each page of the Web site? I have to make the changes and their re-export resave files?

If it helps, the test index page is: http://www.thdelectronics.com/index_testbar.html

It shows 'home' in the down state. But when I load the HTML code on the product pages and try to change the low state of the button "products"... it does not work.

    Thank you

    Hello
I just worked through this exactly the same problem today so I'm happy to help you. The easy answer is that when you export the HTML to Dreamweaver, you must check 'Multiple Nav Bar HTML Pages' in the 'Specific Document' tab (under the button options in my Fireworks MX).
AFAIK, you end up with a navigation bar to each of your links and I then have to import these each of your pages that is not helping with the use of models. I hope I can find a different answer to that one.

  • Questions about CSS, XHTML, HTML and Dreamweaver behaviors

    Hi all

First of all the CSS is the same in HTML and XHTML code codes coding? Because I know that the HTML and XHTML are different in the way that XHTML is much stricter coding wise you can't just type the coding uppercase higher as you can in HTML even if it's a bad practice do anyway.

Is it true that in the future we web developers will use XHTML instead of HTML? In Dreamweaver CS3, I noticed that when I click on the sign more then go in "show events for" behavior it does not show IE 7.0 or FireFox browsers is there a reason why it does not work? I know I can get multiple behaviors to Dreamweaver CS3, but when I click on 'Get more Behaviors' it automatically their on the site Web of Adobe in the United States, is possible I could download them from there even if my software is the version of the United Kingdom?

Thank you very much for reading this and maybe you respond to it.

    Kind regards

    Yes.

N ° the W3C intends to introduce a new version of HTML called HTML 5. Some
will continue to use XHTML 1.0, others will switch to HTML 5, even
others will use the XHTML than HTML 5 version.

For events show indicates the minimum version supported. The default value
adjustment (HTML 4.01) is that you must use.

PrPro and AfterEffects, there a timecode effect, that, when applied to a transparent video Clip will do exactly what you want. We can size and position (fixed effect > Motion > scale & Motion > Position), depending on the needs. The version in AfterEffects will also allow color and change fonts, as is required. 4 pre (my version) does not have the timecode effect, but I don't know about later versions.

There is a plug-in, DVDate (there are actually two, but I am referring to the free Russian one), might be able to add timecode to your videos, but I've never used, as I PrPro and AE. You can explore DVDate, to see if it works for you.

If not, contact me by PM (from your profile > personal Messages), and I can get the exact details, such as time, the approximate size, from point, etc. and can create a DV - AVI (or similar) of the transparent video with the added timecode effect. I can then post to YouSendIt, for you to download and use. You can then import this film, place it on a track higher video, size and position as required, and you would have it.

    Good luck

    Hunt
