Add images to a PDF

Hello

I have a selection of single-page PDF file that represent the different styles of output of my software on a variety of paper sizes.   I'm looking to create a document window (in Adobe Acrobat Pro ms) which has a shrunken copy down each of the PDF files, so they all fit on one A4 page.  I can add pictures, but I want to add a PDF file.

Any suggestions?

This can be easily accomplished in Acrobat Pro by accessing the layers tool in the left pane. Use the import as layer tool to place a PDF in a new layer. This tool allows indeed to the placement of the PDF and other formats within a PDF file as a new layer. Options exist for scaling, the location, rotation, opacity and position (on top or below the existing content). You can then use the Tools to flatten the layers or Merge layers in order to eliminate the additional layers.

  • Possible to add images to a pdf form.

    Hello.

We have a document generated by our design team for each garment or graphics they create. By nature, there are currently a lot of copy / paste in this process, from a large number of errors.

This document is an ideal candidate for a PDF form, my problem is that the form must contain images that change for different projects.

Is there a way to large areas in a form to which we fall somehow into jpg or png files. With this feature, I can possibly get rid of a lot of redundant aspects of the process. If this isn't something that Acrobat can do natively I also would be interested in third-party products that will make this possible.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi srabadan

Use Acrobat application, you can add multimedia content, see this KB doc. Add objects interactive and video, audio, PDF in Adobe Acrobat format

I would like to know if it works for you.

    Kind regards

  • Cannot add images to PDF

Lately, I've been in trouble, adding images to help modify PDF > add images. I use Acrobat Pro DC on Mac OS X 10.11.6 (El Capitan), but it happened in 10.11.5 as well.

When I open the PDF file, if I try to add a PNG image, it will show the PNG under the cursor, but I can't left click and I the PNG 'appear' in the PDF file (as it was). Just, the cursor moves with the image below, but will not respond to mouse clicks. However, if I add a JPG (that works) and replace it with the PNG using a right click - Replace the Image in the context menu, it works very well (in general).

What is going on? How can I fix? It is intermittent but frequent, what makes it really confusing.

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for the report. We are sorry that you are facing this problem. This has been reported and is currently under discussion in.

For now, here is a workaround.

    • If you go in a mode does not respond, press the 'ESC '.

      • You will leave the State does not.
    • If you want to add images in the document,
      • Use right-click to open the context menu on the space of the canvas.
      • Use the option 'Add Image... "in the menu.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards

  • You can add an image in a PDF file slider? How you Center a picture? How to add captions to a photo?

I'm creating a simple manual and I wanted to know if I can have an image slider in a PDF file without the need to have one image per page. The cursor will be clickable and whenever the user clicks on the previous or next image will change.

Second, you can add captions to the images? Rather than having lengthy descriptions, I wanted to know if you can add captions to the PDF format.

Finally, how can center you an image in a PDF document?

    Thank you

I have a PC, Windows 7, Acrobat Pro XI

-A slider effect can be added using layers or button form fields that contain images and then use the button to show/hide these items when you click it.

You will not get the fancy transition effects you have on the web pages, but it will display a picture after another

-What kind of legends? Just the text that appears beside them? It's something you should do in the authoring application, before converting the file to PDF.

-Ditto regarding a picture of centering.

  • Can I add or edit images in a PDF Reader Extended document?

An Acrobat Reader add or update an image in a pdf Reader Extended document editable?

    Hi tms5656,

Adding or editing an image is not something you can do in Adobe Reader, the PDF Reader Extended, whether. But you can do it in Acrobat. And, we invite you to try Acrobat free for 30 days, if you wish. See www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html for more information.

  • What is the resolution of the image in the file PDF for a "add images"?

I use Acrobat Pro XI.  I've added a 600 dpi image for my PDF file.  When I click on it, and copy a piece of it, and then paste in paint, the image resolution is 96 dpi.  How will I know that the resolution is of images in my PDF?  I try to keep at least 300 dpi image resolution.  Thanks for any help to understand this.

then paste it into paint, the image resolution is 96 DPI

It is the consequence of the use of the OS clipboard.

A PDF file may have contained the image of different resolution.

You can look in the preferences of the application - convert to PDF - [select one of the supported image files formats] to observe the parameters.

Some are configurable by the user.

Basically if you put 'x' ppi which is the resolution of this image that is not on the PDF page.

    Be well...

  • How can I add a photo to PDF that I am editing?

    Hi all!

I am changing a pdf doc small - I deleted and added text without problem but fight to add a new image to the document.  I've removed the unwanted image but can't seem to add a new image - any help would be amazing thank you!

You can add or replace an image in Adobe Acrobat format, but not in the free Adobe Reader.

In DC Acrobat, select Add images in the toolbar change PDF.

Alternatively, you can right + click on an existing image and choose the Image to be replaced:

  • import an image in a pdf form

Students must be able to import an image for their P.E. lessons. For the Organization of the lesson. These images can be pdf/jpg/png. Is it possible to do a field that would allow this?

If he has to work with the player, and then students must use Reader 11 (XI) or DC (Windows/Mac only) and the photos must be in PDF format. To set up the field to import the PDF file, create a button and on the Options tab of the field properties dialog box, set the Layout tab "Icon only" and add a mouse in JavaScript that is Actions:

Mouse in JavaScript for a button

    event.target.buttonImportIcon ();

When the button is clicked, the user will be asked to select a page in a PDF file to use as the icon of the button. Acrobat users will be able to select any format Acrobat knows how to convert to PDF format, which includes the common image formats.

This is barebones requirements and you can refine things by implementing the scaling options (Options tab > Advanced button), add additional JavaScript code to handle the errors and for discount vacuum or adding a separate button to trigger the import in the image display button. Post again if you need further information.

  • I am trying to add images such as tables, podium, stage, cake table, to a floor plan for a wedding?  Can offer you some advice?

I am trying to add images such as tables, podium, stage, cake table, to a floor plan for a wedding?  Can offer you some advice?

Absolutely, do not start with a PDF file. It is quite unsuitable for this type of installation. Use a graphical tool, preferably one designed for floor plans.

I think Acrobat Standard XI should do. You can get it on the Page of Adobe products.

  • Is it possible to add text to a PDF file?

    Hello

I need to generate nice PDF contacts boards than I do in the bridge.

But once the hundreds of images are automatically generated in PDF format,

I need to add some text.

I could of course, put these images manually in Indesign and easily type text,

but would be just as saving time, if I could quickly create the full pdf of image

and then add text to the pdf...

Is it possible with acrobat for it?

Or y at - it a 3rd party software plugin which allows you to enter a paragraph of text in a pdf file?

    Please notify

    Thank you

You can use the typewriter tool, and then type your paragraph wherever you want, but it won't move the images from the road. It is the same for the tool text box. I think that you work for ID.

(If it helps, I had to post this question in Internet Explorer, as the button "Question" on the page does not work in Firefox).

I did some research and it seems to be related to save an image of the façade to the HTML file.  I am not save the image of front at all, nor am I store anything to a file HTML, Excel only.

Just in case I had somehow inadvertently added to my project (this is my first project in LabVIEW and I made all kinds of mistakes, haha) I did a search for my project to "Add image and delete if possible.vi" and it has not been found.

Does anyone have ideas on this?  I don't know what other information I should post here, please let me know if I missed something.

    Thank you!

Apparently, I forgot the first rule of solving problems when you use a Windows operating system.

    Re-start.

He is fine now.  Go figure.

I picked up a WYSE V90LE and I'm trying to reimage it to remove the currently loaded configuration. I have acquired and installed the Dell Wyse USB image Tool (2.0.9.15). I pulled the image of the V90LE, no problem so far successfully. At least I have this saved image. When I use the USB imaging tool and try to load the new image to my USB drive, I get the following error message:

"Impossible to add images. "Unsupported I2D is located in the file: C:\WDM Packages\9V92_S596_512\push_9V92_S596_512.rsp.

This error changes the path and the name based on the image I try to load it in the USB imaging tool.

It seems that the same USB imaging tool does not load the file. I tried all the files below.

I used my portable pro 64-bit of Windows 10 to set up a USB key to take the picture. I also used laptops Windows 7 Pro 64 and 32 bits to try to create a USB key to push the new firmware.

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

The FT USB does not support the V90LE series. You need an old tool that has been used for the V class called WSI. Unfortunately, I do not see that this tool is available.
