You gave the key word of the DATA file twice, that's why you have this error. And you must also specify units for the size of the file. And different file names.

I'm on 7v, I try to add a member and don't remember the password to add. I have an access grpadmin.
I looked and looked. with nothing does not.When the Group has been set up, two passwords have been set. For grpadmin and one for the password 'membership '. This 2nd password is required to add another Member of the group.
This solution from EQL support site explains how to change that. It is also in the Administrator's guide.
Solution title TABLE: how to set the group membership password (to add a table)
Details of the solution of the GUI,
Select '+ members' in the left pane (not one of the 'name' s members, the "members +" icon itself at the top of the list of members). Then click "Set Password" which is just right in the activities column. Most of the customers in general is the same as the password of grpadmin, for simplicity, set if that compromises security.
In the CLI,.
> grpparams passwd
Password for the addition of new members:
Retype the password:
password has been changed

Add new Member and firmware update
Hello
I have a group of 4 bays Equallogic
1xPS4000 (Type: 70-0120) and
3xPS6100 (Type: 70-0400)
They all firmware v6.0.4
The new table is a PS6210XV. I'm sure that the firmware of it's newer probably with a release v7.x.
The documentation for the firmware update, it says that I have to upgrade all the tables on my group first, and then add the new group.
I was hoping to add the new table and move some of the volumes to that one, update a table that I emptied, add back to the pool, empty one another etc etc.
Is this possible?
It is really not a good idea to do so. In place upgrade is by far the best option. If you have defined your timeout of 60 seconds and choose a period of quierter I/O, that there should be no problem. Also, be ready for an upgrade means that be ablel to handle a failure of the controller in the case of a real problem of HW.
First, if. You need TO upgrade the new Member and all members of 6.0.x to 7.0.9. The new table will come with 7.0.x since it is the minimum version for this controller. Upgrade to 7.0.9 as well. Create a new pool for this member and do not set the RAID policy yet. Do not enable the iSCSI 2nd course interface.
What disks you have in the existing tables?
You run VMware ESXi?

SUBPARTITION to drop and add data give ora-14300
11.2.0.4
RHEL
create a table partitioned by date, sous-partitionnée by the key 2 N, Y values
Insert a record for sysdate, key_value = 'Y '.
Insert a record for sysdate, key_value = ' don't
2 subparts create ok.
Drop the subparts to this date where value = N.
Re-insert the record for sysdate, key_value = ' not and generates the error
ORA-14300: partitioning key in a score cards outside the maximum number of partitions "" ""
Manually add the subpartition (alter table add) high value N for the data to be inserted again for this partition.
Is this expected behavior? I can understand if the model was not there, but it is. Probably a quirk to treat the scores of void

Perhaps more reasonable to expect ORA-14400: inserted partition key is not mapped with any partition?
The subpartition template applies only to the subpartitions automatically created when the partition is created.

How to add a member in planning to delete the old one?
Hi all
We load the metadata in Hyperion planning by ODI. In the form of metadata, we are also loading ADU by defining certain logic in ODI. We have a requirement where we update UDAs some members so that remove old Adu for this member. I am not able to do. Can someone help us please to remove the old Adu from a member through ODI when a new UDA is getting added to this member.
Example:
Assume that ACCT_A has UDA 'Active' in planning.
While re-running the metadata through ODI, ODI evaluates its UDA to be "inactive". Now normally ODI will add 'Inactive' UDA that Member, but this does not alter the UDA 'Active '. If planning is to have the two 'active' and 'Inactive' UDA scored for the ACCT_A.
Is it possible to remove this member UDA 'Active' when the 'Inactive' UDA by ODI definition.
Concerning
MauryYou may need to update the members twice, once to remove the UDA, then insert the new UDA
To remove the use of the UDAin the column of the UDA. See you soon

How can I add new Member in the dimension of the year?
Hi all
It's all in the subject! ;-) . This is an application to term!
But some Oracle partners said, we can do it! For me it is not possible? Maybe if you create the new record to the database.
Your contribution will be very appreciate!
Concerning
Jean8493825 patch contains a utility that allows you to add additional years to a hfm application (it may be already installed on your server). It has been verified against deployed EPMA HFM applications as well as Classic applications. Otherwise, you will need to rebuild the application.

Add logfile group without closing the first? (10g R2)
Can I add a group of log file without the first stop of the Forum? I don't see any clear statement on this issue in my book of Admin Alapati 10 g or any docs of Oracle 10g R2. Popular quotes. Maybe it's one of those things "too obvious to publish." My guess is that Oracle 10 g R2 is smart enough to know not not to write to the new log file group members until it is entirely created and available for use.
Thank you.Yes it can be done online: by default most of the statements can be performed online with data in open mode.

How to find/add logfile paired in PL/SQL
Hello
I am doing a PL/SQl as below to automate the logminer to discover LMD in a schema (SCOTT) after a specific time.
declare
v_user_name varchar2 (50): = 'SCOTT ';
V_ARCHIVE_LOG_DEST VARCHAR2 (50): = ' / var/tmp/arch;
Number of V_sequence_max;
v_start_query_time TIMESTAMP: = 8 January 2010 00:00:00 ";
Start
-Create the DICTIONARY file on the files of the SOURCE database redo
sys. DBMS_LOGMNR_D.build (OPTIONS = > sys.) DBMS_LOGMNR_D.store_in_redo_logs);
Select MAX(sequence#) into V_sequence_max from v$ archived_log WHERE DICTIONARY_BEGIN = 'YES' AND dictionary_end = 'YES ';
-Add newspapers of dictionary files
dbms_logmnr.add_logfile (nom_fichier_journal = > ' V_ARCHIVE_LOG_DEST/1_3715_573231463.dbf',)
Options = > dbms_logmnr.new);
-Add the log files
exec dbms_logmnr.add_logfile (nom_fichier_journal = > ' V_ARCHIVE_LOG_DEST/1_3716_573231463.dbf');
exec dbms_logmnr.add_logfile (nom_fichier_journal = > ' V_ARCHIVE_LOG_DEST/1_3717_573231463.dbf');
-Start LogMiner, also (passing) enable the ddl
exec dbms_logmnr.start_logmnr (options = > dbms_logmnr.dict_from_redo_logs + dbms_logmnr.ddl_dict_tracking);
-To interview
run immediately "alter session set nls_date_format ="dd_MM_yyyy hh24:mi:ss"';"
run immediately ' SELECT username, sQL_REDO, SQL_UNDO FROM V$ LOGMNR_CONTENTS WHERE username = "v_user_name" AND TIMESTAMP > "v_start_query_time" ';
-END LOGMINER

My question,
After that know it again connects YVERT include snapshot of the data dictionary as below,
Select MAX(sequence#) into V_sequence_max from v$ archived_log WHERE DICTIONARY_BEGIN = 'YES' AND dictionary_end = 'YES ';
I try to
-Add newspapers of dictionary files
dbms_logmnr.add_logfile (nom_fichier_journal = > * ' V_ARCHIVE_LOG_DEST/1_3715_573231463.dbf' *,)
Options = > dbms_logmnr.new); -Add to the log with above YVERT # here automatically, above file just added manually.
-Add log files,
exec dbms_logmnr.add_logfile (nom_fichier_journal = > ' V_ARCHIVE_LOG_DEST/1_3716_573231463.dbf');
exec dbms_logmnr.add_logfile (nom_fichier_journal = > ' V_ARCHIVE_LOG_DEST/1_3717_573231463.dbf');
-How to add all files with numbers YVERT after (> MAX(sequence#)) here automatically? -above to redo the files are just manually added
Thank you

LOGFILE MEMBER ADD clause [STANDBY] use the ADD LOGFILE MEMBER clause to add new members to groups existing redo log file. Each new Member is specified by "filename". If the file already exists, it must be the same size as the other members of the group, and you must specify the REUSE. If the file does not exist, the Oracle database creates a file of the correct size. You cannot add a member to a group if all members of the group have been lost by the failure of a support.

Loss/Corruption of a Redo Log multiplex group member
Grid infrastructure: 11.2.0.4
DB version: 11.2.0.4
OS: RHEL 6.5
All recovery logs are multiplexed IE once. Copy of a mirror
I created a document on how to cope with the loss of a member of a group of Redo Log multiplex. It applies to DBs in ASM or Linux Filesystem.
If a member of a multiplex redo logs group is lost/damaged is in State assets or CURRENT (v$ log.status), will be the following work?
Assuming that the DB would not crash (well that's the whole point of multiplexing)
Step 1. Switch redo log group and bring him to the INACTIVE State IE. LGWR is not written for her now
Step 2. Remove the Member lost/damaged.
ALTER DATABASE DROP LOGFILE MEMBER "+ DATA_DG1/mbhsprd/onlinelog/group_1.256.834497203";
Apparently, this command does not actually remove the log file at the level of the ASM/OS; It updates only the control file
Step 3. If it is a corrupt then log file physically remove the damaged location ASM/OS file
Step 4. I hope the below will create a mirror copy of the survivor
ALTER DATABASE ADD LOGFILE MEMBER '+ DATA_DG1/mbhsprd/onlinelog/group_1.256.834497203' to GROUP 3.
The above steps won't work?
There is no point in writing in the document if you do not actually test what you write
It seems that you are working with Oracle managed files. In this case:
You will find that your "apparently" in step 2 is not correct, and that your step 4 will throw an ora-01276.
