  I wonder why the DAL - GETFORMATTRIB() function returns nothing when used in a trigger / image of the form.

  Attribute values are defined on all forms well in advance and why they cannot be made available before Gendata()? Any reason?

  The shape attributes and metadata are part of the content of the form stored in the library resource. The trigger process is not actually load the form of the library resource and therefore doesn't have access to the content in the form. The normal procedure is that trigger decide to register the form based on your data extract and then the form is loaded in the library. After you add the form, you can then check the attributes and metadata assigned to the form.

  I guess - with a few improvements - there may be some attributes that are defined in the file list form (Group) for a given form that could be accessed during the firing process, but as a general rule, no one wants that the drop in performance of the loading of the library forms that may not become part of the transaction. Therefore, all the attributes defined in the form itself will be unavailable before the outbreak.

  I have a form which, when completed and returned, prompted me to add the form of an answer file. The form has been returned with a button 'Send', and the URL has been defined "mailto:[email protected].» I changed the button to use Javascript (so I could shoot a field information and put it in the subject line). Now, when I receive a form, the name of the attachment is different from the name of the original file.

  It is correct.

  The appentix of viewers in the name of the PDF file name is because the form was "dirty" when the mailTo action has been executed.

  Dirty means, changes made to the form when not registered.

  When you save the form before the action, attachment wll have its original name.

  Or add this script to your form and run in front of the mailTo action.

  Event.Target.Dirty = false;

  Attach copy of your form filled in an e-mail to first add the form usage rights.

  You can add these rights with Acrobat XI under file > save as other > Reader Extended PDF > activate tools more.

  Just got got off the phone with the support of Eloqua ask about the possibility of adding data in a field of multiple selection over time. Apparently, it's possible through mailings of form, but no list will be mailed.  Wouldn't be great if during a download list, you had the ability to add data from a field in your file .csv for existing values in this area in Eloqua.  Here's a use case for this scenario... in our society of industry can be part of multiple market segments.  Depending on the event, a person can feel they are part of the market segment 'Radar', but another event specializing in Sonar... they indicate that they are part of the market segment "Sonar", both being true.  There is currently no easy way to enter these data in Eloqua over time as part of the downloads from the list.  Based on the scenario above, the existing value is 'Radar', but if "Sonar" is the value of the field for the next download it replaces the value of 'Radar '.  Ideally, we would be able to capture the two values.

  I said that if there is enough interest in this idea, Eloqua would consider developing a new option for downloads from the list add vs crush.  I hope others can find a use case for this idea.

  I know it's a bit old but I had a simular problem on adding values to a multi select.  Here's how I approached it.

  1. Add a text based contact field Eloqua to transfer your csv values.  Let's call it "MultiSelect download Value" for this example.

  2. Add Eloqua add values to a multiselect contact field.  What we'll call "MultiSelect Final.

  3. create a program that will add the download list.

  4. in the program, create a step to update Contact data

  . in the update rule, update "Definitive MultiSelect' field, Append the value in the field value, value will be hardcoded, check use a delimiter": ", marks the conditional rule the field" value to download MultiSelect "equals the value hard coded or one that you would like the field to be.

  b. create all update settings you need for your data.

  I approached this way because our downloads from the list should be add the data over time.  The field ' value to download MultiSelect ' allows it to be overwritten on each download.

  Yes you can.

  Make the column hidden in the criteria tab and use it in your chart, just slide it into place as you want.

  You just need to pay attention to the order of the columns if you want to sort by one hidden.

  And you see it on the screen... it is hidden.

  By chance, I came up with this workaround. Of course there are other methods to get your data from a web - app, but if you want to use the 'Web apps search form', it would be a workaround.

  I noticed that the "Web apps entry form" contains all the fields of web applications for your web application (including the fields of the data source).

  It is possible to add the fields to the form of the "Web apps entry form" in the «Web apps search form»

  If you insert the "Web apps entry form" on a blank page, you will see all the fields in your web App including the "data source fields. The names of form fields contain something like.

• Add a field to a form of event booking and amending the module results.

  I'm trying to use the events/booking system to book occasional days at a daycare for a customer. I can customize the events detail form layout but I need a few extra fields and make changes to the auto responses.

  The form/page is visible in a secure area, so that the user gets the submitted form against their name. It is very good. However, I must also capture the name of the child who is being reserved for the adult. Can I add a field to this form and taped in the event reservations. I tried to add a field, but the data is not captured in the form results.

  I also need to change a few other things on the module:

  -the form workflow. Where and how can I configure the workflow used for the presentation of the event/reservation? He seems to have chosen a random.

  -J' need to change text field names / on the module results from the form on the confirmation page and confirmation email.

  -It shows "Reserved seats" is in this case an inappropriate description of the measures taken. I need to change this to 'Requested places', or remove it completely.

  -It also shows "confirmed Reservation". I need to change this "booking request received.

  -l' displays confirmation email a booking link check at the top of the email. It is not in the model of Notification email about the event. How can I remove it?

  Can I use javascript to hide or search and replace some of the incriminated tags, but I was hoping there's a cleaner way.

  The booking form is just a web form, the Treaty differently BC when, on the events page. So, in web forms, you will find the booking form. You can add not just fields for the html code of the form. You must add them here so they can go in the database.

  -The workflow of the Web form can be changed on the settings for web form, the workflow is under site settings and you can create/modify them there.

  -You can have the name of the fields coming out, you don't have a lot of customization on the email confirmation or the layout. You cannot limit or modify the fields.

  -You cannot use javascript in emails, this isn't a thing of BC, this is something Telec.
