  • Add TOTAL in graph

    Hello

    I have a few columns in my PivotTable (salaries for the Department view) and I add a graphical view also. the PivotTable is like that...

    Cutting General treatment Total of knitting (rotate the view > lines > after)
    12 121 11 21 xxxx
    10 45 75 15 xxxx

    I want to show them in the graph, but want to show a full bar as well to the overall trend of wages. I found a thread almost same like that, but it was complex enough to me.

    How can I do this...

    * 1. chart created in this way I did not exclude any size *.

    You can hide the columns in the Pivot.

    * 2nd. in my pivot table I use two dimensions and designations Department while in the table I want to display the data only against Department applies to the first ground, while in graphic mode (creating views), it is quite available

    Choose two views of Pivot Table. On: Show only the data in Table... Second: Show only graphic

  • To add totals in a certain date range

    I have 3 sheets. Income, expenses and then an annual journal (has twelve columns, one for each month). Is there a way to get the numbers to add totals to a column of the spreadsheet of spending within the date range 01/01/16 and 31/01/16 and put the total in a cell in January on my sheet of each year. I can't understand a formula so that it can find the date range. I get a synyax error message.

    Assumptions:

    Your TABLES (not the leaves) are named income, spending and summary. Here is any other tables in the document with these names.

    Dates of expenditure are in column A of the table expenses. Other than the header line, all the entries in this column are values Date and time that have been entered as dates only.

    The amount for each item of expenditure is in column C of the expense table.

    Line 1 of the analytical table is defined as a header line.

    January is in column A of the summary table.

    Summary::A1 cell contains the date January 1, 2016, but can be formatted to display only the name of the month or the month and year. (but see the note below) *.

    Enter the formula in the cell that will contain total expenditures recorded with dates in January 2016 below:

    = SUMIFS ("Expenses: Expenses, $C: $A," > = "& A1, Expenses: $A," < = "& EOMONTH(A1,0))

    Example: All the amounts of expenditure were reduced to 1.00 simple confirmation of funds.

    * NOTE: The formula has previously worked with the format of the cells in the row 1 Summary defined to show only the month and the year (two digits) of the effective date values (the first day of the month indicated), but the table I built tonight January 1, 2015 to the format to display 16 Jan, one was interpreted as January 16 (2016) , and SUMIFS formula did not include not January 1 to January 14 numbers in January total.

    A custom, displaying the month (short or long) and the year (four digits) or a custom format shows only the name of the month (short or long) gave good results.

    Note that any format under control of the display, the effective date is the first of the month displayed.

  • Q: very simple you can add more than 1 table to a Word report? -If Yes, how

    Hi all

    As described in the topic, is it possible to add more than 1 table to a Word report?

    Very simply, I have some test data in a table and added to my report with the addition of the report table vi.

    I have the same thing again to send data to a different table which I would like to insert in my report in table form. I placed a second addition table report vi directly after the previous vi, but it doesn't work.

    ... Am I stupid? or this function is only meant to be used at the same time? Maybe I need an another vi after adding table vi before you can add another?

    Feel free to enlighten me because I am confused,

    Thank you!

    Change the width of two column Table add to Report.vi from 10 to 1. Setting the value to 10 (unit are inches) will throw an error.

  • How to add images to my table and how to configure the Web site? Help, please

    I do not understand how to configure the Web site and add images to a table and make hyperlinks.

    First, set the folder of your Local Site saying DW where to save the files on your local hard drive.  Go to Site > new Site.

    I think it is easier to start with a page layout predefined by using one of the appropriate templates to bootstrap that comes with DW.

    Go to file > new > (Starter models > models Bootstrap). Select one:

    • Bootstrap-Agency
    • Bootstrap-eCommerce
    • Bootstrap-Portfolio
    • Bootstrap-product
    • Bootstrap-real estate
    • Bootstrap-curriculum vitae

    Press the button create.

    For pictures, go to insert > Image. Select an image and save it in the folder of your local site.

    Hi Julie,.

    You can try the project--> TOC--> Info it will open a dialog box where you can enter information about your organization, as well as a logo.

    In addition, if you wish, you can change a TOC and their default legend items.

    To do this, close Captivate.

    Open Notepad-

    Paste below-

    [TOCStrings]

    SlideTitle = Module name

    Time = time

    Status = status

    MoreInfo = my info

    Clear = Wipe

    ClearToolTip = State of Wipe

    BookMarkToolTip = book-marking

    NoSearch = String not found

    CurrTime = what

    ---------------------------------------

    Save it as TOCStrings.ini

  • How to continue to add values into a table...

    For this picture I have a set of 5 values but I want to be able to add more to what the user of the program found that they have registration enough it is to say, they enter 20 values without a last replacement itself. The code I have right now allows me to add a 6th but not up to the amount, I find it necessary.

    Here is the code:

    Add a mouse listener to respond to the addition of brands
    enter_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, onClick);
    function onClick(event:MouseEvent):void {}

    Declare required variables
    var brands: Array = ["100" '76', '80', '54', '23'];
    var brand: Number;
    markIn var: String;

    Retrieve data from TextField
    markIn = markIn_txt.text;
    brand = Number (markIn);

    Table
    Marks.push (markIn_txt. (Text);
    trace (Marks);
    }

    Any help would be appreciated

    Push the table method is what allows you to add items in a table, without taboo.  Your problem is to declare the array inside the function.  By doing this you're recreating each time.   Try...

    var brands: Array = ["100" '76', '80', '54', '23'];

    enter_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, onClick);

    function onClick(event:MouseEvent):void {}

    Declare required variables
    var brand: Number;
    markIn var: String;

    Retrieve data from TextField
    markIn = markIn_txt.text;
    brand = Number (markIn);

    Table
    Marks.push (markIn_txt. (Text);
    trace (Marks);
    }

  • Add FK between a table and a view?

    Is this possible in 4.1 to add a FK between a table and a view (off of course)?

    If I'm in a view, it seems that I can define a FK to another view or a table, but if I start with a table, some views appear in the list. The view already has a defined PK.

    Is it normal?

    Use case: I have a table of generic code, so I'm set up views on the code for each type of code table. Then, I want at least diagram CF from specific code view of the code typed column on a table for the sub.

    Hello Kent,

    Is this possible in 4.1 to add a FK between a table and a view (off of course)?

    Yes.  You can do this by clicking on the icon of the new foreign key above the diagram, then by selecting the view first, then the table.

    I connected an enhancement request to allow a foreign key to a view to be added using the table properties dialog box.

    Thanks for pointing it.

  • How to dynamically add columns to the table

    Hi all

    I'm new to ADF and need help on sub condition.

    We have created a ViewObject on the EMPLOYEE table that has under columns:

    EMP_ID,

    EMP_NAME,

    DEPARTMENT,

    COST_CENTER,

    BUSINESS_UNIT

    COUNTRY

    GCODE

    We need to create a page in the ADF with employee table to show only below the columns

    EMP_ID,

    EMP_NAME,

    DEPARTMENT,

    COST_CENTER

    Later, if necessary user should be able to add other columns to the page dynamically.

    Can you please advice on how to implement this feature.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards

    Vidya

    Hello.

    There could be a simple solution, which is to use the component PanelCollection.

    Drag ' drop your VO to a page and create a Table with all the attributes.

    For columns that emp_id, emp_name, cost_center, set the Visible property to false.

    Put the PanelCollection component on your page and drag your table inside.

    When you run the page you will see the view menu in the upper left corner of the table above. You can show/hide columns in this menu.

    JavaScript:submitForm('DefaultFormName',1,{'xxdbPrintPDF':'YES'});

    Everything is good up to this point. But the EVEN_SOURCE_ROW_REFERENCE is displayed as null, when we hit that

  • Need help to add totals and subtotals query that uses ROW_NUMBER OVER()

    Hi all

    We have the following query that is used in a report that generates a list of employees working a certain type of movement.
    The report also includes a column called RN that is used when the pagination for the report.
    What we are trying to do now is to add columns that indicate the total number of hours worked by the employee as well as gran total of hours of work for all employees in the report.

    We tried to add the columns last week and have been able to get the totals by using a group by clause. Only problem is that it has changed the order of the column of RN.
    The RN column must stay in numerical order, since we need to select and display the records for paging.

    Is it possible to get our totals without disturbing our paging RN column?

    BTW, thanks Frank for the addition of the UNPIVOT operator at our request. While other solutions worked, UNPIVOT has been the most effective.

    Hi, George.

    George Heller wrote:

    Please your postal code. It is very difficult for me to say what you're doing wrong when I don't know what you're doing.

    The RN column must stay in numerical order, since we need to select and display the records for paging.

    Is it possible to get our totals without disturbing our paging RN column?

    If you mix the aggregate functions and analytical in the query (sub-), the clause GROUP BY is applied and aggregate functions are calculated before the analytical functions are calculated. If you need to calculate the analytical functions first, calculate them in a subquery and make the GROUP BY and aggregate functions in a query Super.

    In this case, it may be simpler to use the analytical SUM, rather than the SUM function.

    SEE below, the application and all the sql to create tables and test data.

    Thank you; It is very useful.
    It would be even more useful if you included only the columns you really need, for the party, you don't already know how to do. For example, it seems that you need only to display 2 columns and area areaid to the table areas. ConfigId can be very important for this request, but you already know what to do with configid? It seems that the other columns of this table play no role in this issue and comes confusion.

    The average time for a first response on this forum is less than 10 minutes. I think people did flee seeing siuch a long message.

    ...
    TRUNC (
    24
    * (CASE
    WHEN l.starttime > l.endtime THEN l.endtime + 1 - l.starttime
    ELSE l.endtime - l.starttime
    END))
    hours,

    Why do you enter startime after endtime? If they are on separate days, record the days exactly.

    ...
    WHERE     UPPER (l.leavetype) = 'XYZShift'

    The expression to the left of the = sign is guaranteed not to contain all small letters, so it will never equal to "XYZShift".

    ...
    ORDER BY e.lname||', '||e.fname||' - '||e.initials DESC ,u.startdate DESC

    A clause using ORDER BY in this subquery is just a waste of resources. (I'm not talking about analytical clauses ORDER BY;) I mean query ORDER BY clauses, like the one above).
