  You can spy on the InDesign debug Test/Spy/SpyPreferences menu for the observer notifications. Can add or remove a page and to analyze the output of the spy.

  When you click on the button/link or something else, have a setPropertyListener with 'name' of the page and to = = #{pageFlowScope.yourVariable}. (assuming that you have it all in one single taskflow, otherwise use session it)

  And get this pageflowscope variable and have problems on this (to implement your own business logic)

• Booklet: How to get the pages aligned?

  I have 16 pages A5 printed on 4 sheets A4. The pages are printed on sheets in the right order and stppled and partially folded on the printer. A single error, is that the pages on the 'back' of the book get turned 180 degrees. For eksample: page 2 and 15, which must be printed on the back of the first sheet, turned 180 degrees. The same alignment error (?) pages occurs when the second sheet have page 4 and 14 printed on the face back of 3 and 13.

  How can I get this right?

• How to get the Pages to print postcards correspondence without borders/maps?

  I have Pages 5.6.2 and I'm unable to print postcards correspondence without borders/cards. I have the margins are set to 0 and each adjustment in the format I can think.  What I'm missing!  Is there a simple fix or is this not possible?  (I was able to do this in Publisher before moving on to my Macbook Pro - so I know this isn't my printer).  I'm extremely frustrated - thanks for your help.

  OK, easy...

  Using InDesign CC 2014.

  I created page numbers by:

  • create a text box on the Master Page, which is big enough for any size page number... it's in the head of the race
  • Type > insert special character > markers > current Page number

  I put the page numbers in the preliminary pages to lowercase Roman numerals:

  • Numbering and Section Options
  • Page numbering > Style > i, ii, iii, iv...
    • Confirmed (list drop-down box, i, ii, iii, iv... is checked)

  The problem is that in the head of the race, the sheets are capital letters: I, II, III, IV... (In the text section, folios switch back to Arabic numerals, OK. And on the preliminary pages, opening pages, where I use a folio of gout, it is tiny Roman.)

  How can I fix this?

  • When you include the voucher in your page, you can use the tag to define a value for the attributes of the Page template

  There is no right way to do it, for the sequence markers. For the clip markers, all the data marker is added to the XMP; projectItem.getXMPMetadata (of use) and you will see.

  I have 1 text field and 1 submit to homepage.jspx. When I click the button submit, it will call the custom method defined in the 'Module of the Application' java class (ApplicationModuleImpl.java). Can I know how to get the value of this text field in this custom method.
  
  I used the getter and setter method, however it didn't work as it is defining the value correctly, but get method returns null. Its not allowing to use FacesContext. Could someone please tell me how to get the value of the text field to this custom method (that is, using ADFContext,... something like that)

  you have mixed up something here. Bean (as you did) cannot use the module of the application. They belong to different layers.

  Here is the structure of the table I get server side.i give table name of result as table myArray.This have several child as an object of object.each having .i table (Testing_1 in the first case) must get the name of this Testing_1 table and compare with my sort key that I perform an operation.
