• How to add a link to the page complete multi-page PDF.

  Is it possible to add a link to the full page in multi-page PDF. So anywhere, I click on the page, it will take me to a specific hyperlink.

  I know there is a link to feature, but I can not create an action on its behalf and therefore cannot automate to easily update all the pages and many docs with it. I also looked in invisible buttons, then right clicking on it and the replication of all pages. This will be my last resort if there is no other options but its still not easy to do what I have to re-create the link for each document layer and must reproduce all individually on a page-by-page. Even if not for several files, it would always be very happy to be able to clone an element to link to all pages in a document.

  Else I've tried creating a layer in InDesign with a link and then using the Action to import layers, but that also doesn't seem to work.

  Layers. There is other content on top of your navigation. Even the transparent part of the other objects will block the mouse events to reach your NAV.

  At this point you probably just 'Layer 1' in the layers panel. Content on the layer 1 on the master page will always be behind the content on the layer 1 on the page to that master is applied.

  Acrobat Pro is certainly not the right tool for editing. You want to change the manual using the source - MS Word files for example. Once you have the full changes including OCD work as you want, Acrobat Pro is the tool to convert the source document to PDF format, and ensure the accessibility requirements of 508 - and preferably ISO 14289 (PDF/UA) - are met.

  I noticed, in a site, I work, when I clicked on a link it affected all the other links on this page, that is, marked them as visited. I thought it must have been my own css incompetent in writing in order to test this situation, I went back to the bare bones by creating a new page from a template, Dreamweaver, was not the css in the first place, made links in 4 different divs and previewed it. When I clicked on a link in the header, it showed all of them as having been opened. I've tested this more further by creating a simple style, change the link and visited color in the mainContent only div. Once again, when you preview, the mainContent link changed color when I clicked on a link in the header.

• Best way to make a menu that appears on all pages and it's easy to add links to later?

  Hi everyone, first post on the forums.  I am very new with Dreamweaver and creating web pages in general, so patient with me

  Here's what I want to do:

  1 make a website with a menu bar on the left, with about 30 links.

  2. all range from 30 links to different pages on the same Web site, and every page has the same specific provision, only the body of the text is different (same placement of advertisement, menu, etc.).

  3. I want to be able to add links to this menu, quickly and easily.

  In other words, I basically want to do just a static menu that appears the same way on every page of my site.

  Now, how I think is the best to do is to perform a menu its own page (in its own framework?) and just every page on my site for this menu link, so that whenever I want to update the menu, I have not updated the static menu on every page of my site only the a menu.html or something else.

  This is probably the easiest to do in the world thing and I'm probably not using appropriate terminology or anything either, but I hope that I myself have explained clearly.

  Personally, I'd go with a php include.

  I used these charges on my site for the menu, side bar infor and headers/footers. They are dead easy to install and manage and will do exactly what you need.

  Use the zero page.

  Add regions with lists of each tab in the same region display point on page zero, making each conditional region by using a condition "Current Page is contained in Expression 1...".

  Change the name of the index to the index-z. Then change the name to indexlayers to
  the index. Then change the name of xindex AND REFUSE TO UPDATE PAGE index.
  Then replace a - z index indexes.

  Bada bing, bada boom.

  Or do a find at the site level and replace to search for all instances of "indexlayers".

• Failed to get available phone Muse to post a link to correct pages phone

  I created a version phone my office website layout, but phone version is not a link to the other pages, but rather by default for the desktop versions, even though I checked the links and all have the correct home page title, comments etc - with [phone] after them. I tried reintroduced into the links several times but still encounter the same problem. Each page of each phone extracted correctly, but the links do not work as it should. Is there anything else I should do?

  If the menu was created using the menu widget Muse, then mac_heibu is correct in saying that Muse will automatically create links. These Menu items are created manually? I guess they are since you have two of your links go offsite. Note: I would make sure that links off to open in a new browser page.

  As a result of other responses, the contours are generally used for debugging. The opera has some nice user CSS styles that use the outline property to show you where all the elements are in a document. If you try to know why something is not where you expected or size that you expected, add a few lines and see where are the elements appear. As already mentioned, the contours do not place. When you add a border, width/height of the total element in the document increases, but this does not happen with contour. Also you can set outlines on specific sides as borders; It's all or nothing.
