• How to expand the text fields in a form of Muse?

  I want my forms to have longer areas to enter text. When I download the catalyst of business they work fine, but when I export HTML to download on my server and try to type in the text, the text fills only about half of the space available before you start to scroll. The multi line box is even worse. All the entered text is received, but it's horrible. Any suggestions? I would like to know if it's fixable before that I spend too much time listening to my people IT for PHP.

• Selection tool will not adjust the forms

  For some reason when you work with illustrator my selection tools won't adjust the forms more. I can move the shapes but I can't resize them or stretch them. If I have a form of rectangle on my selected screen, the hatch which are normally found in the environment are no longer there, also on the edges of the rectangle of the selection tool is not switch to the rotation tool. My selection tool also has a small black square down to the right that I have not noticed before. I have no idea how I got into this mode or other whatnot, but any help to return to normal would be awesome, preferably without resetting all my preferences, thank you!

• Satellite P205D - how to adjust the volume with sensitivity control

  I was wondering if there was a way to adjust the sensitivity of the variable volume wheel.

  I noticed that in the turning point, I'll go to volume level 0 directly at the level of volume 4, which is quite frustrating, because I'm used to using a dial bound volume that will increase the volume of minor rotation 1 level of each instead of minor rotation 4 levels each.

  And with headphones this floating dial increases the volume of uneasy quiet. (my comfortable with headphones is between 1 and 2)

  To be honest I didn t notice such big difference using the volume control digital on my Satellite.
  I m not owner of the Sat P205 because this P205 is a model of Toshiba laptop and here in Europe, you will find only the P200.

  However, as I said above, I can adjust the volume with sensitivity and volume increases not rapidly from 1 to 4.
  Of course this new generation of volume controls works a little different than the volume controls current, old mechanics, but you should be able to affect the level of volume correctly.

  I put t know which driver sound and that Toshiba control you are using, but maybe you should check if the update might help you

• How to carve, and concatenate the two text fields in a form

  Hi people,

  Newbie here... have two fields in a form: FirstName and LastName.    Want to have these appear later as: name, first name.

  For example: 'Rick' "Stockstill" should later manifest as: 'Stockstill, Rick' with a comma separating the names and trailing blanks removed.

  It is a piece of cake in Excel, but have not figured out how to do the same with Acrobat.    My first try at a script looks like this:

  (Recipient.rawValue = trim (LastName.rawValue) +","+ FirstName.rawValue);

  The field 'Recipient' is a standard text field which I am filling using the property to 'calculate '.  The good news is that I get no error message, but the bad news is that the field recipient does not get filled.

• Value of the text field on a form disappers when clicking on an intem line in one grid other than line 1.

  Essentially we are dumping a log in a grid file 'go block '.  As part of the form, we'll add two variables (in the same datablock) like other variables of the grid.  These descriptive variables are order and the line number and are located above the grid.  When the user clicks on any other topic but line 1 these values are empty.  If they click line 2 they are virgins but if they click back online a those values reappear.

  Somehow, they relate to thoughts of one line - all about what I'm doing wrong.

  My suggestion is to do your own dialog box by extending PopupScreen and adding your own ButtonField.

  Keep a reference to the ButtonField and set the text by using ButtonField.setLabel)

  Now, assuming that your change of the label will be in a worker thread or a timer, then you will need to place your setLabel() code in an executable, use UiApplication.invokeLater () to invoke the executable in the case where screw.   This is a fairly long description of the question, but I tried to be as complete as possible (this looks like a minor problem but it's very embarrassing in the conditions I work often) I have a laptop Dell Inspiron under Windows 7 Home Premium, and I'm having a problem with the brightness of the screen. I was not able to locate any other positions, even with a similar problem:

  Windows automatically adjusts the brightness of the screen based on the background color of any windows is open. When the toggle between light/dark background brightness will increase or decrease respectively. This is unrelated to all conditions of lightning of the room, and I was able to nail that this occurs only when two conditions are met (but she she 100% reproducible in these conditions) 1. Laptop is running on battery and 2. the screen brightness slider is calibrated for lower brightness about settings up to about 30 to 40%.
  I tried to eliminate all possible variables that I can think of, including the diagnosis via msconfig startup. This automatic brightness adjustment occurs independently of the program or the window involved, but here's an example where I cut everything and simply alternate between the Windows desktop (including the black background value) and Windows Explorer (white background).
  EXAMPLE 1: Desktop (black) came, no agenda. I open Windows Explorer (white) and the brightness fades gradually more light for a period of 5 seconds, tick-tick-tick-tick-tick brighter. I reduce Windows Explorer (dark back) and the brightness fades gradually more dark, tick-tick-tick-tick darker. When working in a darkened room this very annoying constant increase or decrease the brightness. Note that the brightness slider is set to the minimum setting all this time (about 40% of the automatic erasure is more noticeable at the point of annoying, even if it is always present, but 40% is way too bright for a darkened room).
  EXAMPLE 2: I opened two tabs in Google Chrome or Internet Explorer (that happens for two and all the other programs besides), in a tab of the page Web has a dark background (grey/brick/whatever) while the other tab has a light background (white/yellow/whatever). As I switch between tabs brightness will decrease after the passage in the darker background and rise after the transition to the lighter background, tick-tick-tick-tick-tick discoloration with about 5 seconds each time.
  Since this only occurs on battery you need just a simple setting in Power Options, but I don't the do have not yet localized as and option. I would be grateful all the ideas, and I can provide more information if necessary. Two solutions would be acceptable
  (A) brightness remains constant at the level that I put it independently to know if the laptop is plugged in or on battery power.
  (B) brightness adjusts in a single 'jump' when switch between light/dark circles, rather than erasing more than 5 seconds.

  In fact, after a lot of research and work of suggestions other people, I think I found a solution that works on my machine. (I'm saying I think because I shot to the top of a black web page, he gave way to the screen for a while and looked and seems not to reduce intensity, but I'm a little worried that it's just top-down influence and I just wanted to believe that I solved the problem...)

  Here's what I did (on my Toshiba);
  Control Panel > display > adjust the resolution
  Click on 'Advanced settings' (a small blue link in the drop-down "Orientation").
  Click on tab "Intel (R) Graphics and Media Control Panel"
  Graphics properties
  Power > power features
  Click the menu drop-down and select 'on battery '. Under this drop-down menu, there is a checkbox next to "Display Power Saving Technology" that only appears when "on battery" is selected. On my computer, the box has been checked. I've disabled, and who seems to have stopped the display to change the brightness according to the color of the window.
  I hope this works for some other people (and indeed works for me) - this seems to be a very rare but incredibly annoying problem for those of us who got it.

• adjust the tint with the paint brush tool?

  I have 2 good paintings together to appear like when hooked together. I like several colors in the two existing skies but just cyan edge seal on one of them is hue. Is there a way I can gradually adjust the hue of an area with a paint brush tool. In other words no paint on the texture.

  An adjustment layer tint effects uniformly a whole layer or a selection, not what I need. I want to use a diffuse brush or Airbrush to tease gradually in a color change where I want.

  Ideally, it would be surprising if I could adjusted the tint of end target so once the image reached this color it would interrupt being adjusted no matter if I continued to paint.

  I suspect one of the dozen or so list drop-down MODE options like normal, color dodge, saturation... could do but nothing with that I've experienced seems to do.

  Is this possible?

  I started working on a new version of a dynamic three-page form because the old version was 1 537 KB.

  After setting up my new blank templates (3), I placed a text field on the blank "cover page". Size increased from 12 KB to 442 kb with a single field. How a small text field with no increase of the legend of the file size can then tremondously. It is a factor of 36! Any suggestions? I use:

  Microsoft Windows 7

  Adobe Acrobat Pro X 10.1.6

  LiveCycle Designer ES2 Version 9.0

  FYI: I've read that there are some tools out there to inspect your pdf/xml and see what objects increase the size of your file. This would be very useful, but I work for a company that gives very little freedom in downloading unauthorized software. So, unless there is a way for Adobe to inspect for an object and its impact on the size, I'm in a difficult situation. Thank you for your time.

  Remove the embed fonts feature to reduce the size of the file:

  File > form > Save Options

  The old version file size went from 1 537 KB up to 132 KB

  I have an Aspire laptop 5733Z and I love her dearly.  Recently, I lost the ability to adjust the volume using the Fn key keyboard shortcut with upward or down arrow keys.  I have uninstalled and installed the Realtek HD driver.  I called technicians to Answersby.com and they couldn't help.  Did anyone out there has had this problem and is there a solution.  Thank you for your assitance on it.  Ron

  I guess it's a pretty easy thing, but nobody knows what the script would be to list all the form fields in the console?  Specifically, at the moment, I need only for buttons, but I imagine that it would be useful for all fields as well.

  Just wondering if anyone has any ideas to access form field values when the field names include media as those of the cfdump of a post form below (it's a webhook from MailChimp)?
