  The problem:

  Oh, layers shouldn't matter, unless they are maybe locked.

  Make sure you click on the "Move art with work plan" option when the artboard tool is selected.

  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on my Toshiba Satellite L665D.   HP x20LED second monitor is connected to the laptop.  It's blurred.  In the past, I was able to set the monitor, but it seems every time that I disconnect it and connect the monitor to another device, when I get back to connect to the Toshiba, the screen is a little blurry.

  I decided it's not the monitor, but I could be wrong.  I have a Thinkpad T530 Lenova that I use for work and the monitor is clear when I connect it to this laptop.  However, when I connect the monitor to my Toshiba and I press the Auto button on the monitor, it flashes to make adjustment and it looks good for about 2 seconds, then when the flash setting is completed, the display returns to the screen blurred.  you s not terribly blurred, but after seeing how the AutoFix appears, I don't know why this setting won't stay adjusted better on-screen.

  How can I get fit to stay?  I've updated the driver on Toshiba (Control Panel-> Device Manager-> maps-> ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series-> Driver-> Driver Update), but it does not solve the issue.  I don't know if it is the video card that I don't know where to find that on this laptop.

  I thought about it.

  In the customization --> wallpaper --> the position of the image --> 'Center'. I clicked on the 'Auto' button on the monitor and the blur has been repaired. Background theme images are now fill the entire screen instead of not completely fill.

  Maybe it's a bug. I usually select "Fill" for the position of the image, but the sets were not filling the entire screen. It can depend on the theme of background selected - even if it's a pack of Microsoft. I don't know, but this fix worked in my case and maybe it will work for anyone with this problem.

  Overset text indicates that you have a text in one or several images which does not appear anywhere in a document. Double-click the red light at the bottom of the document window to open the preflight Panel. Click on the triangles to expose problems. This file has two instances of overset text. Click on the page number on the far right access to one of the examples of problem:

• Restore to factory content does not work correctly

  Help, please!

  I had a 'Blue Screen of Death' on my T42. I decided to use the button "Access IBM" and to "restore the contents of the factory.

  However, once I did this, different devices (listed in the Device Manager) were not working properly. The its (SoundMax) did not work at all (no sound from the computer). The INTEL 2200BG wireless network card does not work. I even installed the driver (downloaded on the IBM Web site) and install the driver. Then the noise started working (but the volume buttons on the keyboard do not always work.) I have a little trouble getting all the devices to work.

  I had restored the contents of factory once before, and I don't remember the devices does not. Shouldn't this operation set all devices to work correctly?

  OK, I solved my problem.

  It turns out that the procedure to "Restore the content of the plant" is not complete. A lot of the never executed restore procedure and so many devices were missing (and many pre-installed software).

  I don't know why this happened, but my best guess is that I have accidentally hit the "ESC" key or something like that and who may have quit the restore process.

  I uninstalled HR and reinstalled all the patches in the correct order all over again last night and it works very well. So, I guess that something was wrong during the installation of the hotfix.

• Adjust the width does not when you link directly to the page number

  I put my initial notice to adjust the width.  If I only log to the file, the document fits the width.  However, when I add a number of specific page for the link, the document opens to the top of the entire page.  It does not match the width.  Is there something else I need to put or is this how it is supposed to work?  When I add destinations, the width adjustment seems to work very well.

• Entry table of contents does not appear

  I created several helpsystems that works very well. However... in one of them the 'show-link' to a specific page does not open the content page in a correct Manor. It only shows the topics but not with the focus on the real issue. Does anyone here know why or what to do?

• Captivate 9 - HTML5 content does not load

  Using Captivate v9.0.1.324. I have a few projects that does not load in a browser when published under the title of HTML5. When you try to load the index.htm page you see the loading icon (circle of rotation) and that's all. I tested with different browsers and on different computers and still have the same problem. The projects work very well in the SWF, and there is no errors/notices in the HTML5 Tracker.

  Unfortunately, the site which we use to review allows only projects Captivate to publish as HTML5 in a .zip package. Because the project never loads examiners are unable to make the remarks. I googled and searched in the Adobe forums and have not found any solutions.
