  I think you have a upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro version, in this case it will ask for the serial number of the previous version of qualification.

  The only versions that have been tested and compatible with Windows 10 are Acrobat (XI and DC).

  OK, I found a solution.

  I exported the correct Adobe PDF Printer settings with rundll32.exe, PrintUIEntry... and imported on all servers with PsExec.

  ".Joboptions" files, I changed to the good size of the Page and then copied on all servers.

  No more, Adobe supports Acrobat 9. Also, it is not compatible with Windows 10

  However you can still use it on the supported operating system version Adobe Acrobat required configuration.

  Just make sure you use the good serial key to activate Acrobat 9 & you use it a compatible environment.
