Adobe acrobat DC still open in mode full screen (doesn't remember window size)

Hello

Since I install Acrobat pro DC, it always opens the window in full screen. Apparently he does not remember the size of the windows when it closes and to reopen the window takes in the size of the entire screen.

I don't have this behavior in AC 11 pro. Only in the new DC. I'm running on MacOS (Yosemite) 10.10.5.

This behavior is very annoying, because it forces us to scale each time the size of the window.

Do you know how to fix this?

    Hi hanekam123,

I'm sorry, that is not possible, that is how Acrobat/Reader is built. For drive mode, you can use Ctrl + L to fullscreen or Ctrl + H.

  • Microsoft Surface Pro does not open in mode full screen without the toolbar on the right projection

I created an interactive pdf designed for the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, set to open full screen mode. Recently, I think I did something for the preferences settings and now whenever I open the file: (a) I get a warning that it will open in mode full screen (I just want it to open it without the warning); and (b) the toolbar is always right if the presentation is not really in the entire screen. Help, please.

It's kind of like a dashboard on the right side. The tools that are available are 'tools to fill & sign' (exoanded to: add text, add Checkmark, initial Place, place of Signature). Showing also but not expanded not is 'Send or collect Signatures' and 'Working with certificates.'

I have been a little more troubleshooting on mine, and now I'm fairly certain that the toolbar appears because the document contains few fields to fill. I removed these items and now the file is opened in mode full screen without the list toolbar.

  • LR does not open in mode full screen.

It is probably trivial, but it makes me crazy. I always use LR mode full-screen. But whenever I open it, it always opens in the mode window collpsed. Never the way that I closed it fullscreen. This is intended to, or is there a setting somewhere that I just haven't found?

I assume you are using a shortcut on the desktop to start Lightroom.  Examine the properties of this shortcut.  It should be an option to "expand".

I use OS X Yosemite in a big iMac. My OS X mail after upgrade to Yosemite, now always opens my posts in full screen. It is very embarrassing and difficult to read and write because of the size of the screen. I'm not using the full screen as shown in the view menu. Answering machine to another similar to users with Maverick problem suggests to hit the OPTION, command + F, but that does not answer for me.

    Thanks for any help.

the green button full screen, hold down the option key and click.  This allows the application fill the entire screen (not the same full screen)

You can enter any corner of the APP a sliding window size that suits your needs.

I would like to as the recipient of my pdf link to immediately view the fullscreen of document when the user clicks on the url. Y at - it a change in the url that will accomplish this, or option, I can put in my profile (better)? Thank you.

Open the file in Acrobat and go to file - properties - Initial display and check the "open in Mode full screen."

The user still needs to confirm that the file is opened in such a way, however.

    · What version of Windows media player?

    · Were you able to work with the mode full screen previously?

See if it works for you.

I don't have any other browser except Internet Explorer. So I have to use it as an example...

Open Internet Explorer > do not click the button full screen top right > manually use your curosr to expand or drag the window to full screen > exit Internet Explorer > re - open IE.
It opens in mode full screen now?

Do not forget this: window remembers the size of the last time it was opened. If it was opened and closed in fullscreen, it opens in full screen the next time.

Another method which can achieve the same result > if your browser icon is a shortcut.
Right click on your browser shortcut > properties > shortcut at the top tab > in the position to RUN, use the pointer, and then select Maximized > click OK when finished.

  • Large gray 'band' along the bottom of the screen mode full screen

Without a doubt, it's something that is very simple to solve, but...

For some reason any I have a large gray empty 'band' (i.e. the rectangular band) appear at the bottom of the window of my monitor in ' Mode full screen with menu bar.»

This has only started happening in the last days and I do not remember that always happens before (any mode of the screen, I was in).

The only way I could remove temporarily is to replace my Photoshop preference files from a backup.

Yet once... probably some very simple adjustment... but even in this case... I don't see what I do recently that I didn't thousands of times before that this would lead to.

The last time it happened that I had simply slipped a layer of a file to another file and BAM... the gray band appeared again when I went full-screen.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you.

    "What OS are you on?

    Jeffrey,

I use 10.6.7 (I have a suite of sleep with 10.6.8 like many other problems, so I don't want to 'change-horses-in-the-middle-of-a-race'... in the middle of a big project).

10.7.2 still has glitches, I won't have to deal with professionally right now (I am an Appleseeder and have tested Lion for a long time).

    In any case...

    "Can you post a screenshot?

Fortunately, unfortunately I can't since the last time I replaced the files preferably, he should have solved the problem.

The grey area looked as if it was a setting - since it has been clearly defined and not appeared in mode full screen. It didn't really look like a bug... Apart from the fact that I couldn't find a way to get rid of it (i.e. once it appeared... it might reappear all the files that were opened in mode full screen).

  • Sending PDF files to open exclusively in mode "full screen".

Flash has this ability with the projector files. I wonder if Acrobat has the same capacity. I tried without success.

If you embed a script of the document with the following code, the file opens in the mode full screen:

    app.fs.isFullScreen = true;

However, the user will still be able to switch to the normal display mode, and it will probably not work if the file is opened in a browser.

In addition, it won't work if JavaScript is disabled.

  • Is it possible to see the details of the photo (CMD + I to for example, opening, ISO etc.) mode full screen?

Based on http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/1308132?TSTART=0 I decided to add each question separately:

Hello, I am very interested in buying Lightroom 5.2. I tried the RC that was missing today. Yet, I have several questions that I can't find really good conclusive answers, I'd like to get an answer before buying LR. Please do not write maybe like this or that (assumptions), because I don't want to start my entire workflow and then realize that I have to change all around, please reply, if you know for sure that something works and you are, preferably, using this method too.
