  A blank window appears generally if the Akamai detects that your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements to run the DLM.

  In most cases the JRE or ActiveX controls are not enabled.

  Once the trial of Acrobat 11 opens, paste the URL http://trials2.adobe.com/Applications/Acrobat/APRO/9/APRO9_Mac_WEB_WWEFG.dmg (replace the old one at that)
