  Assuming that you are talking about not being able to access your files on your laptop.

  I suggest that you please connect to https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent and you should be able to find all your files if the files are saved and stored on the cloud.

  I checked the link at my end, and it is perfectly fine.

  It gives you the possibility to download the Acrobat XI version as well if you see as "in this version" section.

• When you use Internet Explorer, cannot save a PDF file.  Adobe Acrobat message "the document could not be saved.  Access denied"may be logged when you use the Google browser.

  When you use the browser Internet Explorer, PDF files saved cannont.  Message from Adobe Acrobat: "document not saved County. Access denied.  Same PDF can be saved when you use Google.
