I downloaded my credit card statements and he won't find words when I do a search in the document. I tried to use my text tool that I've always been able to do in the past and he States recognize:

    This function deletes all of the rendered text (don't forget to click on the "Delete" button), for you can perform OCR recognition.

    Please let me know this happens to you with all the PDF files that you try to change or with specific PDF files?

    While the Standard version is not a more functional version, the message you get is one that you would get if you were trying to install Standard when installing Pro.  I can only think that you must uninstall Standard if you want to have Pro.

    I have a client who is tried Acrobat Pro DC, before buying and recently installed an update of Adobe. After that, she can no longer print to Acrobat Pro DC on a network print server printer. She clicks print in the print applet and nothing happens. It is not the coil in AcroPro, is not be wrapped up in the service of the coil, and it prints on the printer. No errors come at all. Already have tried all solutions in print troubleshoot PDF in Adobe Acrobat and Reader and none of them were working a repair to AcroPro and temporarily disable the anti-virus. Other applications, including the AcroReader DC can print fine on the printers on the print server. AcroPro DC will print on a local printer on a network running the same driver as the print server. Operating system is Windows 10 is 64-bit, OS Server R2 Print Server 2012. Solutions or insight would be helpful.

    Please follow this thread to reset the Acrobat preferences:- How to reset preference settings in format Acrobat.

    Would please check after you disable you the safe_mode in Acrobat program ask: -.

    Acrobat > edit > Preferences > (enhanced) protection > uncheck "Enable Mode protected at startup" & "Enable Enhanced security."

    Then in this same option, on the bottom there is an option to "Add host" where you can put the name of the server & then OK.

    Relaunch the application and check for the same thing.

    If the problem persists, please check with the different user account to reproduce the problem.

    1. Please disable and enable Adobe Acrobat add-in for Outlook by clicking file > Options > Add-Ins

    2. to change the settings of the Adobe PDF printer so that he asked for the name and location,

  • I got a new pc and traded in my old drive hard and now my entirely, correctly, licensed Adobe Acrobat Pro XI does not - he thinks that it is a trial version.

    This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.  You have a new PC and instead to install everything from scratch, just swapped hard drives (the equipment was sufficiently similar to make it work).  When I started Adobe Pro XI, which worked fine on my old PC, it came as a test for DC (?), a version without a license... but it has been duly authorized, fully functional on the same hard drive on my old PC.

    Help... I just need to work.

    I tried calling Adobe... but it's impossible to find a support number to call - frustrating!
