Adobe Acrobat Professional XI closed on its own

We have a Windows Citrix XenDesktop environment, where we have Adobe Acrobat Professional installed XI.  Users are currently closing on their own documents.  Users open documents, they remain open for about a minute, then close the documents themselves.  Any ideas on what may be the cause?
