Adobe Acrobat XI - commenting tools: comment Cloud, polygon &; lines connected cannot be selected and cannot be used
Comment of cloud, polygon and connected lines can not be selected and cannot be used, their symbols appear lite gray. Use other tools to comment as a rectangle or circle. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the program but wihout success. Is it possible to reset the commenting tools to the State where they are provided?
Can you please make sure that "Touch Mode" is disabled in Acrobat XI. You can disable or enable the touch mode to view-> show / hide-> items-> touch Mode Toolbar. (see the screenshot below)

To install Acrobat 11 on 6 computers, you can purchase licenses in Volume.
But since you want for only a month, you can buy a subscription Acrobat.
A single subscription is good for 2 computers and the same Adobe ID can be used to buy multiple copies of Acrobat subscription.
However, you can opt for creative license team cloud such that you can become the Admin and grant access to 6 users who wish to install Acrobat on their machines.

Fast tools for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, 'Save' is checked in the 'Show file tools', but only an empty space, not an image, to 'Save' command is displayed in the quick toolbar. Images for other commands, such as "Print" will appear in the quick toolbar. Indeed, the empty space to 'Save' command actually works to save a document, if you click on the empty space (i.e., the image of the "Save" command does not simply appear, but the 'Save' command is enabled). Hard drives fail. When they do, I have to reload all my programs on the new drive. Everything goes without a hitch, BUT for ADOBE ACROBAT. How can I get this program purchased a valid activation code or serial number? I'm supposed to have a perpetual license, technical support function. I'm having the following problem. We are running a Mac OS x environment on a server open directory (Lion Server). For some reason when I try to use Creative Cloud Packager under a network account I get the error "Please connect to the Internet and try again. The account has local administrator rights in the machine.
When I log in as a local not network connection account, everything works fine.
There is no configuration of firewall on network accounts rules, all ports are open.
Please can someone help. We use administrator accounts network for the administration of the network.
