Adobe Animate: Size of layout change on Wacom Cintiq 13hd

Hello.

So I decided to start using Adobe animate recently and one of the first things I noticed is that everything seems a lot bigger and more amplified whenever I have my Cintiq hooked up compared to when it is not.

For example the two pictures below.

before.JPG

This is what it looks like when I don't have my Cintiq hooked.

after.JPG

When I decide to plug my Cintiq in everything suddenly becomes a lot bigger.

I'm not sure what is causing the problem, but I know that it does not occur with Adobe Photoshop so I hope someone has a solution to this problem.

I use Windows 10 and a Wacom Cintiq 13hd.

Thank you in advance.

If you go to the Windows display settings (right-click the desktop you may), there is a parameter of the scale to 100% by default, but with the connected Tablet it can use another value. Try setting that 100%.

    You just bought a 13HD Cintiq (no touching) and installed the drivers Wacom on my Macbook Air w / OS X 10.11.4. It works as a second screen, but I can't get the pen to do anything and when I look in the preferences system under the Wacom component I see nothing except a message stating "a supported tablet was not found on the system." I have installed the latest driver and two former previous drivers and restarted several times now. Any help?

  • Wacom Cintiq to the brush size adjustments does not

    Hello!

    I just bought a Wacom Cintiq 13HD touch and I can't brush shortcuts adaptation to work. After some googling, I understand the problem is that I don't have an English keyboard and shortcut keys the Tablet uses are the ' [' and ']' key that does not exist on my Swedish keyboard. These characters you get by 'Alt' + '8' / '9'. I tried to reconfigure the shortcuts of these combinations in the Wacom configuration application, but that didn't work either. In fact these combinations does not work on my keyboard either. I can't find any solution to this other than to change English keyboard, I don't want to do. And as the screen is small, it is essential to be able to easily change the size of the brush. Using the cursor is not very easy. Any ideas?

  • Is it possible to change the dimensions of the stage to the editing in Adobe animate CC?

    Dear community:

    After spendig years to forget my beloved Flash and learn to master the animate dashboard superb I'm back now to formerly Flash, lack of edge animate and experience some old restrictions in CC animate it that drive crazy me. I hope you have a solution for the problem:

    I use external Java - / HTML5-based interactive animations (formerly RIA) Java - / HTML5-based Windows Universal applications (apps-in-a-app) through the MS WebView object. These applications must be able to recognize the changes in orientation of devices and the content in the new landscape to portrait (resp.). Animate of edge did an amazing job to do this:

    Edge animate, the scene was just a symbol that could be changed to the timeline, even in its dimensions. In animations to edge-come to life, he lived above all layers in the timeline. So I opened the way to, say, image 0 to certain dimensions of the landscape and to, say, 100 image to the dimensions of the picture. Using build-in orientationchange action then activated the app is gone to the frame when the user has changed the orientation of the device. I found this easy way to meet policy changes a big improvement.

    However, on a canvas created in Adobe HTML animate CC (formerly Flash) scene seems to be always static, as if it were the case in bad times of Ol' Flash '.

    My question is: there's a possibility to manage the scene as a single clip on top and resize the dimensions to an arbitrary key image as if it was possible in Egde Animate in Adobe animate CC?

    Otherwise, I would like to make a suggestion for this feature of the art Adobe animate CC.

    Thanks in advance - Jochen

    ClayUUID thanks for your reply.

    First of all, I definitely know the difference between Java and JS. It was just a typo which I apologize deeply. Please read JS instead of Java.

    Plus, I could not implement your canvas.height/canvas.width in the Panel shares. However, I tried the following and it works:

    var page_canvas = document.getElementsByTagName ("canvas") [0];

    stageWidth = page_canvas.width;

    stageHeight = page_canvas.height;

    page_canvas. Width = 600;

    page_canvas. Height = 400;

    However, this technique requires a complete programmatic, the new style of all the elements of the scene (layers). An alone cannot do this task visually (as designers would do, or he is so on board animate), and we can't do it on different time periods (as we have beachfront animate). It would be a great improvement, Adobe would incorporate these characteristics of edge animate animate CC - at least for HTML5 canvas projects.

    Finally, yes it is possible with a lot more afford to animate CC.

  • Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 + bug Flash Adobe ~ brush "jumps" on screen during the development

    Equipment - Wacom Cintiq supplementary 2

    Software - Adobe Flash CC 2015 (as well as 2014 and CS6... same bug replicated)

    Drivers - Wacom 6.3.11 - 4 ~ ~ ~ and Intel Iris Graphics 6100 version 10.18.14.4170

    OS - Windows 8.1

    Let me start by saying 2 things:

    1. I've seen other posts similar to this issue, but often they resolve themselves by having disconnected and reconnected the cintiq or intuos in the computer. Given that the roommate of Wacom Cintiq is a stand-alone tablet computer running Windows 8 (.1), is not an option

    2 spoiler alert... I have a solution for the symptom: change the text in the 'small 100%.' The problem, as I will describe below, is that it is a workaround for the symptom, and it does not solve the bug itself.

    First... the question. In the image below, '1 2 3' on the left was drawn with Wacom pen using the Brush tool. '1 2 3' in the top-middle has been designed with my finger on the touch screen of the Companion 2. The lines right are actually 'points' that I did with the pen that jump radially out of a given time in the top right of the screen.

    flashcc2015.jpg

    Second... the 'solution '. Change the display of the scale 'Small 100% ' (located in the control panel > hardware and audio > display...) Notice the orange arrow). I have attached an image with the parameter as seen in point 8.1 of Windows (see below). Now, it will solve the problem of the tip of pen jump away from the position of the real pencil.

    Flashcc2015solution.jpg

    Third... Here's my problem. The Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 HD display is 2560 x 1440. The default setting for Windows 8 for this tablet has a text value scaling of 175%. The high screen resolution allows more work space real estate within Flash and windows of text scaling allows me to be able to read words and see the icons without forcing (because the actual size of the screen itself is relatively low compared to its resolution capabilities). After this "difficulty", so actually nothing appears on the screen, I need to lower the resolution of the tablet to the most 1920 x 1080 (meaning with scaling to 100%, yet the text is quite small, but it's a compromise to keep some of these program workspace real estate mentioned previously).

    I was encouraged to do this post, so it could be a quick response to the immediate symptom of the brush jumping bug, leaving people less able to do their work without a break and ALSO so that we can go beyond to know if there is a more permanent solution to the problem. NOTE: Photoshop works like a dream. This is only a Flash issue (for me).

    Finally, here are some details of troubleshooting, I already went through that does nothing to solve the underlying problem:

    -all drivers have been updated

    -the most recent version of Flash has been downloaded

    -Flash has been uninstalled (properties of withdrawal) and reinstalled

    Wacom - driver has been uninstalled and reinstalled

    Wacom user properties - were removed and re-configured

    -Ink Windows has been disabled (which disables the pressure sensitivity) and recontroler

    -Press- and - hold right-click has been disabled in Windows Tablet properties

    -Shortcuts have been disabled in Windows Tablet properties

    ... There is more (like resetting windows at the factory and the resettlement without updating the drivers) also has nothing, but these are the most relevant elements. I was told that Adobe was aware of the problem and that it would be resolved. My goal is to discover a possible ETA on this difficulty and how it might come on (updated internal Flash? Layout workaround in Windows?) ... or, better yet, if it already exists! Like many people, Flash is the main program I use for work and I travel a lot (where the Wacom Cintiq purchase additional 2). This is a bug quite important that I would like to see resolved, if there is not yet, or answered here so she a. thanks team!

    UPDATE for WINDOWS 10

    To recap: I mentioned in the original post I made above that the bug Flash jump at the heart of this message seems to be caused by a scaling function in Windows. This feature exists because of situations like mine where I own a portable tablet (Wacom Cintiq Companion 2) with a physical screen size relatively small, but the high resolution capability. High resolution is good because computing means that signs Flash will take up less screen real estate, allowing more space for work/workshop space. However, high resolution on a small screen also means that things like icons and the text of the window are very small and difficult to read. That's what the functionality of scaling in Windows has compensation for... but it also caused a problem with the brush (see images/posts earlier).

    (Apparently) there is a new feature in Windows 10 which allows you to increase the TEXT size without scaling of all the features of display (such as icons).

    * Now I'm able to put my small screen of the actual size of a high-resolution AND can't read the text in things like menus and icons without the jump bug.* *.

    I hope this helps some of you out there with this similar problem. Remember, no matter what you do... Make sure that the scale is set to "Smaller - 100%" as I did in the original post. Happy drawing!

  • Adobe Animate and sensitive site

    I have a 'jumbotron' for the upper part of a Web site. I used Adobe animate and published as a .js file. I brought in my index.html using code snippets in Adobe html template animate. is it possible to make this reagent. I studied this but can't seem to get a straight answer. Can someone shed light on this subject?

    Yes, there is an easy way to get a responsive Web / scale with just a few html and css

    Just wrap the canvas tag in a div like this

    width = "700" height = "1000" is the initial height of canvas and width do not change it

    padding-bottom:142.85%; is the apectratio of the original canvas size in percentage (height/width in this case 1000/700). Just open the calculator and get the number of your canvas.

    This will make the scale of the canvas to fill its parent width but his aspectratio

    works on all known browsers and devices

    If it fits to be bigger then the original size the graphics get fuzzy som do the original a little bigger than the largest size of reactive.

  • How define an ID or a class for text in Adobe animate?

    How define an ID or a class for text in Adobe animate? Help, please!

    Thank you!

    The code that generates the animate, is what creates the textfield object. Obviously, you don't want to copy unless you also want to create an another textfield. Because that's what the code.

    To change the text in an existing textfield, simply set its .text property to:

    this.myTargetElement.text = "The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain.";

    To change the style of the textfield object, assign its properties are and .color, as shown here:

  • Adobe animate CC (2015) - how can incorporate you JS in the HTML file in the publication?

    We need the ability to include all the inline Javascript in the HTML file using Adobe animate CC (2015).

    Manually update the HTML code and referenced JS file after publishing a bandage isn't really an option as any Animate republish tasks will blow these manual changes.

    Is there a way or an option to animate part of the edition to include all Javascript code in the HTML file published?

    I searched on this here and the web and saw many others ask on the same topic, but have not seen any recent or formal Adobe responses.

    Thanks in advance.

    There is no built-in way to do currently. We seek to include this option for a future release.

  • Addition of pointer on turnover in Adobe animate CC

    I'm starting to use HTML5 Canvas option in Adobe animate CC to make a banner 300 x 250. I added this code from the code snippet section to my movieclip

    this.bg_clickTag.addEventListener("click", fl_ClickToGoToWebPage);

    function fl_ClickToGoToWebPage() { window.open("http://www.google.com", "_blank");

    }

    var frequency = 3;

    stage.enableMouseOver(frequency);

    this.bg_clickTag.addEventListener("mouseover", fl_MouseOverHandler);

    function fl_MouseOverHandler() {

    //this.bg_clickTag.cursor = "pointer";

    //bg_clickTag.cursor = "pointer";

    //cursor = "pointer";

    //alert("Moused over");

    }

    I get the click but very well, is the question that I have the cursor/pointer does not change once I smile more.

    I'm able to get the cursor/pointer change if I change the movieclip to a button, but I prefer to keep it a movieclip.

    Thank you!

    Just put a button symbol in your document automatically gives you a slider. You must use effectively for nothing.

  • Version Adobe animate CC

    Hello!

    We are now beginning a new huge project and we think ist CC animate the perfect tool for this.

    When will begin the release? Is there a beta version?

    We need it really soon. Please answer.

    Thank you.

    Adobe Animate is just Flash Professional with a different name. You could install the latest version of Flash Pro now, and someday there will soon be an update where the name is changed. The update will include probably all these recent corrections or changes to the features, but there is no reason to wait, you may as well get used to the operation of the program.

  • Having major compatibility issues with Adobe, Mac Yosemite and Wacom Cintiq programs companion hybrid.

    Since I upgraded my Mac iOS Yosemite, my Adobe CS6 programs do not work well at all. They start very well, but the menu windows acting weird, often forcing me by dint leave whenever I try to do something. I downloaded programs CC trials and some may work better for me, but most have similar problems when I try to use on the Wacom. I'll explain my setup, and exactly what is happening...

    I own an iMac end 2012 model (the one without the cd player) and a Wacom Cintiq hybrid companion that I use as a secondary display design. The screen Wacom is under my iMac in the settings screen, since my Wacom rest below the iMac screen. Think Nintendo DS... like how the lower screen is touch screen... same deal here.

    When I open Photoshop CS6, CS6 Illustrator or even Illustrator CC and move them on my Wacom screen, the 'new' window is aligned with the top of the screen, cutting off buttons and options I need. I can't reposition the window because the upper part is necessary to move it. In the case of the window 'opens', it does not at all appear, but it blocks my program. It is as if he wants me to cancel the open window, but the window is not on any screen. That's when I have to force quit. I also noticed that sometimes it seems you have a 3rd office every time I enter the mission control afterwards. I have no idea why this is so.

    The only option that I know to get around these problems is to put my screen on the mirror and mirror of the iMac screen mode, but not only I have to go into settings and recalibrate my pen, whenever I want to use these programs, but it's a major drawback when I fight for space on my screen since I was only 1 working with this mode. And just to be clear that CC Photoshop works perfectly for me. No compatibility issues he Fortunately, but if it works well with my setup, then why don't the others. Worse yet, I don't know who is at fault... What is an Adobe problem, a problem of Yosemite or a problem of Wacom... I do not know.

    Yosemite sometimes has problems, often related to the 'default' permissions that need to be changed

  • 360 ° rotating canvas... Adobe animate

    to see this feature announced for Adobe animate... early 2016, is it already to animate? or is there anywhere an example how this can be done?

    GRT gross mar5el

    Rotate 3D movieclips is another topic to 360 degrees of rotation of the scene. 3D rotations work only for documents of the ActionScript 3, if you use HTML5, you see these things grayed out.

  • A trial version of Adobe animate includes all the features?

    Hello

    I have the trial version of adobe animate, and I was wondering if it has limited or does include all the features and the knickity-Knick to a purchased version.

    I ask this question because I'm trying to follow a YouTube tutorial: «How to make a 2D character Animation in Adobe Animate CC»

    Thank you. THANKS IF YOU CAN HELP. THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS.

    animate is the full version but without subscription you probably won't be able to use libraries of cc.
