  That's what I tried to explain: you don't play the slide (or use the play button on the Timeline) to see how the published file will look only to the objects of time on the timeline as sync voice on audio with the appearance of the objects.   Thank you. I actually ended up using Google Doc w / voice / dictation option. I did the following:

  1. export the audio from Adobe Captivate

  2. set again my sound of "Virtual Audio Cable" settings so that the audio has been accepted by the computer MIc

  3 clip dictated in Google Doc

  There is also a new Google Doc add-on which makes speech text even better that the native Google voice type

  When you use the Customization Wizard, if you have Acrobat DC Volume series, you will need to enter the serial number in the wizard, and then press the button - grant offline Exception & off the record

  After you create the MST through the wizard, install (or deploy) the package using Setup.exe. This will ensure the transformation of the MST is applied through the installation and the user launch won't Sign In dialog.

  If you are a customer of Creative Enterprise Cloud (EAC), you need to use CCP (Creative cloud Packer) to deploy with deleted record activated in CCP. The generic steps for this are:

  (2) use DC Wizard to apply the customization in the installer of DC

  (3) install (or deploy) Acrobat using Setup.exe. This will ensure that your transformation will be applied. (Not deploying exception Deployer tool)

  I assume you mean audio slide? Add a click box to each slide and extend its duration until the end of the slide, which can easily be made with the hotkey CTRL-E. A click box will automatically pause at its end, which will be at the end of the slide.

  Add to the first slide and set up as explained and copy the click zone. Then go on the Filmstrip, select all the other slide and paste it.

• Skype prevents the computer stop

  When I run Skype, it prevents my computer from closing. I have useWindows 7 on an HP laptop. I uninstalled Skype and re-installed the latest version and it still occurs. I always logout of Skype correctly and then close the window. The Skype icon remains in the bar bar tasks below, so I also stop here as Skype, the icon then disappears. The computer goes through all the motions of closing, but after about 10 minutes of blue screen, it automatically starts again. After that it starts again, I am able to shut down the computer the second time, once I have not open Skype again. The computer turns off perfectly when I do start Skype, even if Skype is installed. I don't know if it's a problem of HP, problem of Windows 7 or Skype. Any ideas?

  Follow a few troubleshooting methods and check if that helps.

  Method 1: Disconnect non-essential external devices and then restart the computer. Check if the problem persists.

  Captivate is a resource / RAM hungry application. Open Captivate after closing all other applications and see if this happens. Or, when this problem occurs again, check the CPU. It could be closer to 100%.

• Adobe Captivate 8 serial number message prevents me from using the right product

  I wanted to download Adobe Captivate and accidentally bought the Captivate 8 upgrade.

  So, I downloaded the trial version, in order to demonstrate the value of commitment (show my employer that the program could do), but the prompt to select a product calling guard prevents me to access the trial version.

  If you are still using the serial number of the original problem, which is probably why you still have a problem.  Serial numbers transport information... a serial number upgrade includes a code to indicate that it is an upgrade so that when treated it triggers the software to be treated as an upgrade installation.

  I've been using Adobe Captivate 4 for a little and believe I don't know what I'm doing, but I'm stumped on this one.

  I'm creating a troubleshooting guide for our users. The blade has a button that calls any javascript to open the network connections window instead of toward it.

  After they do their check, they have a question that is asked of them with a Yes/No with a jump to slide for each option.

  When they click on the Javascript button, that opens very well and the slide remains now. But if they click the button a second time, the slide automatically goes to the next.

  I updated the slide properties 'No Action' at the exit and I even tried infinite/100 clicks on the java button and slide still goes to the following.

  I even tried to hide a button click on the slide with a "No Action" on the success or failure, nothing helps.

  Is this a bug or am I missing something?
