  Hi, all the newbie here. I have Adobe Capture App on my phone and a number of works in my libraries on this phone. The email associated with the account of Capture is an old email provided by a service provider, I moved away from (so has a limited lifespan).

  Hi Loraine,

  Not a problem. You can simply connect from the Adobe Capture application on your device and make sure that you connect with the Adobe ID with which you wish to work on the CC library synchronization.

  To Logout: launch the application > setting Options > click on your account name or your Adobe ID > disconnect.

  Hmmm... Did you give the application access to your camera and the pictures in your camera settings?

  Go into settings. Scroll down to and tap the Capture. Switches to the Photos and the camera.

  Try force - quitting the app (double click the home button, in the hit list apps upward on the sketch), restart your device, then relaunch the app.

  If you have something you use, it is always a good idea to log in with your Adobe Adobe Creative Cloud, ID to ensure that your work is synchronized, before leaving power.

  It is not possible (not yet anyway) to print from Capture, but you can save on your camera models (in the latest version 2.1 of Capture, we have increased the resolution of export) and print them from there, or their parachuting on your desktop.

I find that really odd and frankly, really really frustrating and disappointing. I am a graphic designer and this app would be a useful tool.

  Hi Maggiemoon,

  The first stage of the synchronization of the images is to ensure that you are connected to the same Adobe account on both your mobile device running capture and your desktop computer running Illustrator.

  The second step is to make sure you are looking at the library to Capture both in Illustrator. The default value is 'My library', but you can create your own.

  The third step is to recognize what can be synchronized with Illustrator:

  • Colours - will appear in Illustrator
  • Forms - will appear as a graphic in Illustrator
  • Brushes - will be displayed but are only available to use if you create the brush like a brush in Illustrator type - in this case otherwise they are greyed out
  • Looks - will show up in Illustrator but are shaded a not available to use

  Finally, the fourth step is to search in the libraries Panel in Illustrator (window > library). Make sure that the library is set to the one you want (in my example below, I show my library 'Around Town', here you can see the color themes, a brush, a shape and my appearance (which is not available for IT).)
