  Hmmm... Did you give the application access to your camera and the pictures in your camera settings?

  Go into settings. Scroll down to and tap the Capture. Switches to the Photos and the camera.

• The evolution of Adobe Capture Email CC Adobe Id account Email ID?

  Hi, all the newbie here. I have Adobe Capture App on my phone and a number of works in my libraries on this phone. The email associated with the account of Capture is an old email provided by a service provider, I moved away from (so has a limited lifespan).

  I recently signed up for Adobe CC account but another, (not provider specific) email so I actually have two Adobe ID is. I want to be able to synchronize my Capture work on my CC account. I chatted with the help of Adobe, they say, there is no support for the Capture and post the question here.

  Should I delete the app off my phone and start again using the same e-mail/Adobe ID I have for my CC account or is there a way to change/email details in Capture account? I tried and that you do not see a way to do it. There is a very obvious answer? Thanks in advance.

  I finally updated my old Mac to the new operating system, got CC membership and now want to learn Photoshop and Illustrator and use Capture items too, but I'm stuck! I was hoping that I would not lose the models that I created in the Capture. Adobe Capture !

  Hi Loraine,

  Not a problem. You can simply connect from the Adobe Capture application on your device and make sure that you connect with the Adobe ID with which you wish to work on the CC library synchronization.

  To Logout: launch the application > setting Options > click on your account name or your Adobe ID > disconnect.

  Hi SK,

  Try force - quitting the app (double click the home button, in the hit list apps upward on the sketch), restart your device, then relaunch the app.

  If you have something you use, it is always a good idea to log in with your Adobe Adobe Creative Cloud, ID to ensure that your work is synchronized, before leaving power.

  It is not possible (not yet anyway) to print from Capture, but you can save on your camera models (in the latest version 2.1 of Capture, we have increased the resolution of export) and print them from there, or their parachuting on your desktop.

  I have a Huawei Honor 7 (Android version 5.0.2). I can't install the Adobe Capture CC app on my phone because store Play says "your device is not compatible with this version. I find that really odd and frankly, really really frustrating and disappointing. I am a graphic designer and this app would be a useful tool.

  I wonder if there will be a compatible version in the near future?

  I know that adobe is working on the Androids, but not all units are still supported. I can't say when they will be covered, so to speak. There is a community on G + where you can stay in touch. You know, two is better than one

Forms appear on my library on my online profile, but I have no way to drag or copy them in an illustrator file, I'm working on.   Hello people, I recently downloaded Adobe Capture CC and I don't know how to synchronize the images I took with the app with Illustrator. Can someone help me please?

  Hi Maggiemoon,

  The first stage of the synchronization of the images is to ensure that you are connected to the same Adobe account on both your mobile device running capture and your desktop computer running Illustrator.

  The second step is to make sure you are looking at the library to Capture both in Illustrator. The default value is 'My library', but you can create your own.

  The third step is to recognize what can be synchronized with Illustrator:

  • Colours - will appear in Illustrator
  • Forms - will appear as a graphic in Illustrator
  • Brushes - will be displayed but are only available to use if you create the brush like a brush in Illustrator type - in this case otherwise they are greyed out
  • Looks - will show up in Illustrator but are shaded a not available to use

  Finally, the fourth step is to search in the libraries Panel in Illustrator (window > library). Make sure that the library is set to the one you want (in my example below, I show my library 'Around Town', here you can see the color themes, a brush, a shape and my appearance (which is not available for IT).)

  All mobile software Adobe (as far as I've heard) are free. Including Adobe Capture.

  However, for use with desktop applications, you really need a creative cloud subscription because otherwise you will not be able to use the assets he creates. They cannot be used with the Creative Suite products.

  When you have your selected image in Illustrator, open the Trace of the Image window.

  If you don't see it you can open it by clicking window > Image Trace.

  Here, you can start playing with the settings of your vectorized image. Activating/Deactivating the threshold will give you more or less definition to your image, which is what you do mainly with the Capture. To get into the nitty gritty, open Advanced settings by clicking the arrow - here, you can start to play with adjustment paths, corners, Ect.

  

  It's best to think form of Capture as a cousin of track of Image: Capture is you allowing to play with all these settings in a swoop on the thumb, while Illustrator Image Trace allows you to sit down and play with the details. You will not get results perfectly mirrored between the two because they operate at different levels and watch your images/pulling on the black and white in different ways.

  The only ability that trace of the Image is not that the Capture is able to switch reading one shape on dark background background clear vs. If you're hoping to do, the best would be to send the images on your computer to your phone via the CC library. You can do this very easily by dragging images into the creative Cloud Files folder on your computer. In case of Capture, select your image from the Creative clouds > files. Mileage may vary on this - I tried sending JPEG files made in Photoshop by CC and open them in Capture and my iOS app crashes.
