  Well, they can always try to download acrobat that their subscription is active.

  But in the case where you want to invite them, simply remove the license by clicking on the 'x' on the far right of the license and then reassign the license to them.

  I built a new package for Adobe CC 64-bit (the complete package, including all applications) and try to install it on 64-bit Windows 10.

  Unfortunately, the installers fails to each time (link to PDApp.log here).

  Number of errors and warnings that a mortal:

  01/03/16 22:29:31:911 | [FATAL] |  | USS | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager |  |  | 716. The code returned by the Adobe installation process is (26). Stop the installation process.

  What I tried: different computers, rebuild the entire package (including clear cache) and googled around for the answer - no luck so far.

  Any ideas what can happen?

  I found myself excluding InDesign in the package and that fixed the issue. Is not ideal, but I can live with any InDesign.

  I just bought and downloaded first / photoshop Elements 14 and both fail to install it on my Mac (El Capitan running).   After I get the sign in page of adobe account, I get the Apple crash report.   Previously, I had Adobe elements 10 and ensured that I uninstalled it before the installation of 14.

  Thanks for the reply. Yes, the Mac is perfectly up-to-date. I finally fixed it by creating a new profile with the Admin rights and running the installation without any problem. Would like to know why this works. But got there in the end.

  With the help of a "cat", I installed my CS5 Design Premium on my new computer.

  Everything was successful except that the bridge could not install.

  Problem solved. Re-extract files zipped, re-directed the installer for Photoshop only and this time bridge installed correctly.

  If you cannot refresh help > updates, you can wait to see if the server comes back facing upwards (the typical problem), or downloads. In general, the updates should be installed in the order. If you download from the most recent back, you can check if there are some which can be ignored. Just restart after the update. Now, this is the process for the PC, but I hope that the process is the same for the Mac. The MAC may require the restart of the individual, I'm not sure. May be preferable to do everything and will not be disappointed later.

  I had too many problems related to this. Overview failed in the Muse, no access to my libraries of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I'm working on Windows 8, 64-bit. SOLUTION: I uninstalled McAfee completely and reinstalled with everything, but not the firewall. Now, my Windows Firewall is active (with given permission for my Adobe programs). And everything works fine. When you try this take a look at your pages of Norton or McAfee Support so that you can reinstall correctly and you have no other license to use. Everything I tried before giving access Muse and Adobe programs to the internet or just stop the firewall did not work. But now everything is fine. Hope this helps some of you.

  Yes, you will need to remove the software and reinstall it.   This seems to be a growing trend that I see for Mac OS users.  I'm curious do you remember the utility that you used to remove additional languages?
