  Follow the procedure below and check:

  Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud application.

  After removing Adobe Creative Cloud applications, follow these steps:

  Step 1:

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  Step 2:

  Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

  Step 3:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  AppData

  Then go to the Local > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  
  

  Step 4:

  Temporarily disable anti-virus and firewall.

  
  

  (1) open Control Panel and then click on the network and Internet"" option.

  2) click on Internet options, click on the tab "connections".

  (3) in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.

  (4) check the box-"automatically detect settings" and then "uncheck" all the other boxes as "configuration Script auto use", "Use a proxy server," proxy server ", then click on the ok button."

  5) click on the "Network settings" button once again, make sure that "Automatically detect settings" is the only option you select, the window of properties of LAN so clear.

  
  

  Step 5:

  Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

  Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

  Each of them worked just fine indicating that, in theory, I shouldn't have ANY problems to connect to Adobe.  However, this is not the case and I can't access the site that allows me to try or use the software.  The software Manager just sits and turns his wheels so to speak.

  Now, the funny if I type in the WRONG password for my adobe ID, the application Manager software immediately comes back and says I entered the wrong information.  That tells me that the application manager must connect to where it belongs.  As a last resort, I tried disabling my firewall and still no luck.  Is there anything else I can try?  It would be pointless to buy the software, because I'd be stuck not being is not able to use it. Or any other Adobe software for this fact.

  First of all, Merry Christmas.

  Now, an update.  Elements / Photoshop 13 installed fine on the my Mac Mini my PC has been running since the first day (four or five years now without a complete re-make.) and this seemed as good as time as any to install a new plant a copy of Windows 7. Who knows how many programs etc... have been installed / uninstalled etc... over the past years and now its full. For most...   Install fresh Windows, installed updates, latest drivers drivers video and installed anti-virus, google Chrome installed.  I had no problem with installation of Adobe Photoshop Elements after that.  Again, I must say its very sad, it's this extreme measure, but I really appreciated that you take the time to help me with this problem.

  Hello, always that I close and then try to open the muse of adobe, I got an error that says that I need the "Application Manager" to start, so I went to download. I have had this problem since I installed Adobe Muse, I just uninstalled creative cloud and then reinstall it (took me about 30 mins. or more)... but I want to do that whenever I need to use the muse from adobe, these errors should not happen I was so excited because I'm muse adobe...   I tried seveal times to download the Adobe Creative Cloud app, but whenever it opens Adobe Product Manager and then updates never APM to the creative cloud app or it give me options to install the soft CC.  Note: I used adobe cleaner to clean my manager and did a fresh install of the latest Adobe Product Manager.  This allowed me to see all other programs CC at least and install several of them.  Its my understanding that APM is supposed to update the CC app, but it never does.  I would really like the CC to interact with the cloud app is intended.  Please advise and help.

  This issue has been resolved by Adobe techinical support.   Creative Cloud Installation issue has been resolved by running the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner tool once and reinstalled Adobe Application Manager

  You can remove Adobe Creative Cloud, if you feel, that it is not necessary, but I recommend you continue to manage Adobe applications.

  It is very essential for the management of Adobe applications even for the Non-Cloud apps or old version Apps like 5 CS, CS 6... .etc

  If you are unable to remove Adobe Creative cloud and Adobe application Manager.

  Try with steps below: L

  Mac:

  Applications > utilities > activity monitor.

  (1) launch the activity monitor and "Force quit" all processes associated with Adobe as creative cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon, install, PDAPP configuration... activity monitor etc.

  2) click on the link below and download it & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:

  Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6 or creative office cloud" and then click "clean Selected."

  you will not be able to bring out of the menu bar.  3rd party applications may not.  but you should be able to move it to another location, if that helps.
