  If possible, try to download another browser like Chrome or Firefox, what sometimes happens in particular when downloading large files, most of the cases during the duration, there will be a server / request timeout issues or browser when the browser are unable to download large files completely.

  Steps to clear the Tmp folder:

  (1) right click on the Finder icon and select 'Go - To Folder' option.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

  It will open the TMP file. Trash all the content inside.

  I had a copy of Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium on my Macbook Pro but had to run on it's own installation as I was running into problems in software.

  I'm currently trying to re install the software on the MBP but its throwing an error when you try to install.

  The file I downloaded Adobe has been DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.dmg

  I guess its with OSX compatibility online because I didn't have this problem in the past...

  Can someone please advise?

  Then, my laptop had a screen problem and the Apple Technician did a reset of the NAVRam.

  After that, the first time that I started the application of PhotoShop started to turn it on again.

  I tried several times without success.

  I recently bought a new laptop from a PC to Mac. I did some research and it seems that this is not a problem, but now I can't find the purchase I did a couple of years in my account more (there is nothing under the heading 'Products' or 'Order history' and I can't record with the serial code that 'she is registered' front) even if I downloaded it twice until I change my computer from time to time.   The serial number of your PC does not work for Mac. You need to do a swap of platform in order to use the software on your new computer, and the only Creative Suite fulfilling the conditions for this is CS6. If it is indeed CS6 you try to switch, you will need to Contact Adobe Customer Care via chat to request an Exchange. Make sure that you are connected to the Adobe ID associated with your Creative Suite before accessing the chat.
