  I am running OS X Yosemite on MacBook Pro. I had installed a creative suite of adobe premium on my laptop. Worked well for a month. The program Illustrator began acting yesterday and did not. The programs would fail before that I can proceed with the deactivation of the program itself.   CS3 is very old. It's probably limit for execution of Yosemite. The product is well beyond end of life. He will not receive any support, or updates.

  Essentially, you're on your own. It might help to restore a previous version of Mac OS X. Or seek the plan student/teacher of creative cloud.

  I had a copy of Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium on my Macbook Pro but had to run on it's own installation as I was running into problems in software.

  I'm currently trying to re install the software on the MBP but its throwing an error when you try to install.

  The file I downloaded Adobe has been DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.dmg

  I guess its with OSX compatibility online because I didn't have this problem in the past...
