  I am currently a question on some machines where the performance of a program within the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium collection invites the user to connect / activate within 32 727 days. I studied some and found it to be a problem in the past, but have not been able to find a solution.   Essentially it it not allowed and re allowed CS6 on login

  This message indicates it requires the serial number of the previous version from which you are migrating.  Which is that you are using, or you enter the cs6 right there?

  If you want to enjoy the creative Member produced only cloud updates day, then you will need to disable the perpetual license and when launching the product again choose this product under license and sign in using your Adobe ID rather than activate with your serial number.
