  I've searched and can not find this error code 27 shows.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  
  

  This is done on a Macbook Pro 15 "retina (mid-2014), 2.8 GHz i7 with 16 GB of RAM.  I am running 10.10.3 on the machine.

  I actually found the question.  I was running the wizard to customize the DMG somehow instead of starting from the directory/applications.  Still not sure how I managed that one - perhaps not enough of coffee.  I noticed in the log after a few tries more and my post:

  Launch /Volumes/Adobe Customization Wizard/Acrobat DC.app / Customization Wizard...

  I hope my post can prevent someone else pulling the hair!

  Adobe Customization Wizard for Acrobat XI when will be available?  I need to enter in SCCM.  Are there alternative instructions to do a slient without the Wizard installation.

  This should be a simple question...

  I run Adobe Customization Wizard each time on each new incremental update of player, or just once a major revision (Reader 9, Reader X)?

  Not answered this question because it would be better asked in the forum for enterprise deployment. The Wiz is a tool of deployment of the NTS and is used only for initial deployments in most cases. It allows to customize the installer and the product when it is first installed. You can use it for all installations, but it is a less common scenario.

  Usually, you customize the first version you install and then just apply updates as they become available.

• Adobe Customization Wizard XI: setup.ini is not found (during the recording of the MSI)

  I downloaded the wizard XI of customization of Adobe and the Adobe Reader XI .msi file. I'm looking for only three options to customize this app. When I try to save the .msi file, I get an error "setup.ini file was not found.

  I placed the .msi file in a folder on the desktop. In addition, I tried using 7 - Zip to extract the .msi file in order to find the setup.ini file.

  Where is this file which is located? What is the solution?

  Any help is very appreciated.

  Simply install Adobe Reader on a computer.  Then, you will get the flat files in a folder with the Setup.ini file.  It will be something like that, depending on your operating system:

  Windows 7 64-bit example location

  C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Setup\{AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-AB0000000001}\

  I downloaded the following Exe from adobe yesterday to be distributed by SCCM 2007.

  AdbeRdr1012_en_US.exe

  I extracted the exe above and used the Adobe Cusotmization Assistant X confiure the package for SCCM deployment.  My problem is that the msi some seems to install version 10.1.0.

  If I run AdbeRdr1012_en_US.exe manually it installs the correct version 10.1.2 what I am doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

• Grant Exception offline process fails - DC Acrobat pro continuous track / Customization Wizard 15.0.16.20039

  Scenario:

  We would like to change the Acrobat Pro DC classic track to track continuous.

  I've already prepared the AIP , including patches, but I can't make a new STD with the Customization Wizard (Wizard-Version 15.016.20039)

  Meanwhile I tried this on Windows 7 and Windows 10 times with different results in the log file , but both will fail, however.

  The instaler in our in the license portal was a classic DC Acrobat installer.

  Even if I try to use the MST file existing conventional track (made with an old Assistant 15.07) there is no chance to grant an exception again offline.

  Problem:

  And that's the point, I can still deploy the classic Adobe follow with the MST file flawlessly, but fail to deploy continuous track because the installation program stops to enter a valid serial number.

  Issues related to the:

  If it is not allowed to go to the track from classic to continue with the same serial number?

  Why the wizard maintains not to create a new exception offline while he was working for an older version of (Acrobat DC and Assistant)

  How to solve this problem?

• Customization Wizard - invalid installation package

  I have big problems with the wizard of customization on OS X. I managed to use with Acrobat DC but whenever I try to use it with CD player I get "invalid installation package" some pkg install I choose. I got a version of the distribution, with the permission of you, Adobe, distribute, AcroRdrDC_1500920069_MUI. This version doesent help either. There is no even created custwiz.log. I checked all the features of installers by Manuel installs. When you use personalization wiz, I could do it on own BONES, clean the VM. Tried the new version of the wizard himself. In addition, the version mentioned above I tried offline, universal installer as well as English for OS X 10.10. Please advice and or point me to a valid installer.

  I'm trying to deploy Acrobat Pro XI with group policy on 64 bit Windows 7 on our domain computers.

  It seems that the GPO installed on my test machine, but Acrobat is launching a startup screen "Register your product" when it starts.   Did I miss something in the Adobe Customization Wizard of XI?   I entered the serial number and deleted the EULA option.

  Open the package in the Customization Wizard, and then you must go to the category of "Online and Adobe online services features", then check the option 'off the record '.

• Customization Wizard - asking language

  I used Adobe Customization Wizard and created a custom installation package.  I used 10.1 MUI.  I installed on several servers Citrix XenApp, then their upgrade 10.1.3 MUI.

  When new users running Adobe, they are asked what language they want.  English is the default.  Click on OK and it goes away.  It happens once per user, but with Citrix servers put into service that will be a pain.

  I couldn't find a way to solve this problem.

  I then downloaded Player 10.0.0 WE only and created another package.  I couldn't find a 10.1 United States only.  I installed which... worked fine... but how I update 10.1.3?  I couldn't have updated to 10.1.3 so I tried 10.1, both give me an error indicating that the update does not work on this installation.

  What I have to go first to an updated version 10.0.x or am I just completely missed some easy fix here?

  See if you can set the lang to all users at the level of the reg. I have not watched the prefs in a while. See the GOAL.

  You describe enough of your goal for a complete answer, but in general:

  • Quarterly publications are cumulative to the last quarterly.
  • Some versions have exe or msi installers who are full installers.

  This feature has always existed. In the Customization Wizard screen, fill in all fields and don't forget to click on "Grant offline Exception." This avoids having users connect to activate the product because the product is activated by the administrator on behalf of all users.

  Uninstall your creative cloud application that basically allows you to download apps and redownload it. This should do the job. Your system just lost you license update.

• Adobe Reader 8.2 does not not on Adobe 8 Customization Wizard

  I tried to create a transform file to Adobe Reader 8.2 the Adobe 8 Customization Wizard. However, the tool does not generate transformation and seeks the Setup.ini file.

  I looked back to the installer that I had and now is a single msi file unlike previous versions that is a Setup.exe compressed that I used to decompress and get the msi file, the cab file and the setup.ini file.

  Anyone know how to get the compressed version of Setup.exe of Adobe Reader 8.2 or how it will work with the Adobe 8 Customization Wizard?

  I had the same problem at first but then takes the setup.ini file of my package of Adobe Reader 8.1.3 early last year and made a small edit for him. I have the gasket for your reference (renamed .ini in .txt so rename it to use it).

• Error of DC in the Customization Wizard Acrobat (Mac)

  Hello! I hope someone may be able to help me with this error I get...

  I try to customize a .pkg Acrobat DC for MAC that was built using the creative tool Cloud Packager (company).

  I have successfully built several Windows packages including one for Acrobat DC and I was also able to customize using the wizard tool.

  I use the following documentation:

  The .pkg which was built for Mac is able to install correctly on a system if it works directly, it is unlikely that there are problems with the packaging itself. This is the version 2015.009.20069.

  I also tried to rebuild just to be sure.

  I downloaded the wizard of DC customization from the following link:

  Whenever I try to open the installation file, I get the following error:

  "An error occurred when creating the output package. Check the logs for more details".

  

  When I look at the console it shows the following:

  05/12/15 5:50:08.293 PM Acrobat Customization Wizard DC [4033]: ERROR: could not extend the installation of entry program to get the name of the track. status return code is [1]

  

  I tried to install the wizard in various places, including /Applications/ and others who have read/write permissions. I tried with several combinations on the first screen of the wizard.

  Please see the attached screenshots.

  Is there something I'm missing or should be done differently?

  If it makes a difference, I checked the type of license for my install and it is to show that and activated LeID of:
