BTW, I clicked on 'get Info' on the reader app & see that a box has been ticked "open in 32-bit mode". Given that my Mac is 64-bit, I unchecked that box & tried again launch & same exact error.

Regarding the Flash Player message; If this document contains all the rich media, you will need to install the Flash Player plugin (and not the control ActiveX that is already installed in Windows 8 IE10).

  • Dreamweaver does not open

I have a subscription to creative cloud and have been using Dreamweaver CC.

Today, I downloaded Dreamweaver CC (2014) and removed the CC of Dreamweaver.

When I click on the application or an html document, there is an indication of 1 second the application tries to open, but it does not open.

I had the help of a cat from Adobe.

The problem had something to do with preferences.

I was in charge do a read the information on the record of preferences and give read and write to everyone permission.

    Which corrects the problem.

  • Dreamweaver does not open on the new Mac

Dreamweaver (adobe creative suite cs6) does not open on my new macbook pro with 10.9.4 installed operating system. After having bought the MBP, I used time machine to transfer most of my files and programs on the new computer. Adobe has not transferred since the last backup to the new computer, because I think that I unchecked as a backup application. I had some problems with a small external hard drive. All other adobe software opens fine.

Description of the problem: Dreamweaver bounces on the dock bar after I double click top in the application folder. It bounces for a few seconds, then disappears. No error message, nothing.

What I did to try to fix the problem:

    (1) Uninstall: I completely uninstalled and re-installed dreamweaver independently. Who could not solve the problem. I also uninstalled and reinstalled adobe creative suite. Which also failed.

    (2) after the other suggestions in the forum, I created a guest user account. The guest user account CAN open dreamweaver without any problem. After you open the program save a site Web etc. I switch back to my account main and dreamweaver will still not open. There must be some parameters which carried over from the backup that does dreamweaver crash.

    (3) support content remove application: in the original of my previous computer application backup support files contained cs5 included for software adobe (including dreamweaver). I deleted this content... He could not solve the problem.

    (4) reinstall OSX: has not fixed the problem.

    (5) delete all the content on the hard drive, reinstall OSX AND then I used a backup with only my settings computer, files or documents and excluded all the previous computer applications. It did not work too.

    Help please?

    Change my preferences has worked:

  • Dreamweaver does not open. Have a project due Friday and have to finish. :(

When I worked fine lastnight, I noticed that when I tried to insert a spry menu in a new page I created, as Dreamweaver kept closing in on me. I will re-start, try again and the same thing will happen. So I just stop thinking that I'm just tired and don't get it.

So I opened this afternoon to rework and the program does not open. It seems that this is the case, then it will immediately.

    I did the following:

    Restart

    Stop and try again

    total shudown

restore the system to three days

    reload the software

    Still nothing. Any ideas?

  • CS6 Adobe Bridge does not open

I intalled PS CS6 yesterday to see that Btidge does not open. I have looked for answers since then and have not yet found any. I reinstalled just to see if it would make a difference, but it didn't. I'm currently under Windows 7 64-bit. Photoshop runs great, the only problem is with the bridge, and apparently I can't get any help from Adobe until tomorrow

Thank you mjw5997 for sending me the dmp file! We checked and found that it is a bug in code Brige.

This launch issue occurs when you install Bridge CS6 on a machine with installed CS2 bridge.

We can repair, but I don't know when the fix can be published. [Currently we have workaround: create an empty folder in C:\Users\[your username] \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\.

    Thanks for all the information!

    Best regards

  • CC of Dreamweaver does not open.

After the update of Photoshop CC who came through yesterday, I opened my Dreamweaver CC program, it is also updated to the latest version. The program tries to open, I get the Welcome screen, but the program crashes and all I have is the Welcome screen and a white background behind him. Oh and a spinning icon. I use the latest version of Windows 10 (the upgrade has been installed a few days ago), on an old Envy hp desktop pc for 4 months. I could uninstall Dreamweaver and reinstall, but I don't want to lose all my Web site settings. Any ideas on what got bad? It was working fine yesterday.

Oh and this morning, I found that my computer crashed during the night and it restarts. I think that Dreamweaver was opened when it happened.

    Thank you!. Pauli

Try to delete the cache and if it does not, rename the configuration for the backup of the configuration or similar folder. See here the removal of a corrupt cache file

  • Adobe Reader does not open local PDF files / online

Hello! When I try to open local or online PDF files, Adobe Reader opens aandd... rest like this. The program does not show me the document, and then closes.

I uninstalled and installed again, but the problem persists. This happens with all of my pdf files.

If you are on Windows (which we don't know), you can try to use Windows Explorer to navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, and then double-click Eula.exe and accept the license agreement

  • My Adobe 5 does not open with my version of Windows 7?

I recently bought a new computer with Windows 7.  The last two days trying to open various components thanks to Adobe, he said that my version of Windows does not work with Adobe 5.  I need to get this support as soon as possible.

Acrobat 5 is not compatible with Win 7. Nothing that anyone can change. You need to buy Acrobat X or to resort to the free software Acrobat Reader.

  • applications Adobe CC does not open

Help. My CC adobe apps will not be open. I get an error message 'bad image '. My power went out recently, but in the past, this has not been a no problem.

How can I get my apps to open?

    Greg

Google your os and the "bad image" error.

If you need to reinstall your applications:

uninstall all cc including the application of cc desktop, uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

clean your computer of files cc by http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Restart your computer (do not skip this)

Reinstall the desktop app cc, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using the compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396)

Use the desktop application to install your programs and the cc events
