  I was having the same problem and just think about it. If you are on a mac:

  Go to your system preferences

  Go to the energy saver

  Uncheck the box for the hard drives was able to sleep when Possible

  Yet DVD is dead. The latest version was CS6 and it came bundled with Premiere Pro, but which is available in the suites. You are too late for the party, and without spending a lot of money, there is no way to obtain a more recent version of the still.

  So I always do my first custom DVD menu in photoshop. In another forum I was told: 'create a menu in Photoshop with 1024 x 576 pixels square and then press horizontally at 720 x 576.   HD still marked models are 1920 x 1080 square pixels. There are a few other options. I would correspond to your BD menus for videos that you use for the comic.

  Button routing is probably set on automatically to the buttons of road. Normally, it works pretty well. It is based on the order of the buttons layer games, as displayed in the PS, with inside a like button 1 on-site through the order. This is, regardless of any change in the name that could apply to these button layer sets.

  In Encore, with the Menu in the Panel of the Menu change, tap the button routing and uncheck automatically Route buttons.

  You will now have a series of "crossroads" for each button in the Menu. in the middle of each cross will be the number 1 - X button. Of the four arms of each cross will be other numbers button. It can now be changed to reflect your desired navigation. Let's say for the button 2, the top arm of the cross a button number 1, but you want to button number 5, just slide the button number 5, and this number at the top of the arms of the cross will change. Just be sure that all the button numbers accessible from somewhere, or that the user will not be able to directly access this button.
