The pixels of the 720 x 576 exported psd format must be set to D1/DV pal widescreen, for Adobe Encore to interpret it correctly. "When they are imported into the still, it seems very sweet. It is not a menu just a SD of Blue Ray. Can someone give me meat and potatoes to know how to get my first widescreen menu correctly formatted in size to Adobe Encore? Also, if I create a Blue Ray DVD menu that would be suitable for HD and SD? Thanks in advance, you are absolute lifeguards.

  HD still marked models are 1920 x 1080 square pixels. There are a few other options. I would correspond to your BD menus for videos that you use for the comic.

  On March 3, 2016, we tried to order the Pack Adobe Premiere elements 14 student teachers online.  It does not work if well so we tried to phone Adobe and place the order.  We are a Lutheran Church, who directs also that a State of Wisconsin accredited 4 Pre - K school on site.  After many trials and many disconnects Adobe on the phone we have abandoned.  This suite Tuesday morning we called Adobe again starting at 10:30 to 11:15 trying to move our agenda with no luck.  I've only connected to a live chat from 11:15 to 12:30 with an agent.  My story of Adobe on March 8, 2016 showed that I had 2 two orders for Premiere Elements pending verification of our school status.  After 45 minutes on the line with the service agent Adobe customer, I was told that they had to cancel my orders pending 2 and I was again my order.  I told the agent was going to "take responsibility" and to place the order for me.  I've been to wait 24 hours for verification.  It's been 48 hours and I have not received any communication from Adobe.

  I've never been so frustrated trying to place an order for simple software with what I thought to be a world-class company that I have been in my relationship with Adobe.  I see by this thread that a lot of people have this same problem and I didn't know one answer to the action that the client has taken to purchase to complete or receive any satisfaction from customer service.

  I would like to buy software from a different manufacturer if I could find a good software, or even to another reseller for Adobe, but I am afraid that, if I had trouble with the Adobe of a reseller program, I received support.  What a waste.

• Location of Adobe Encore in Adobe Creative cloud?

  As a member of Adobe Creative Cloud, I have access to all of the programs to download and use (well, at least I thought I did).  I'm unable to locate the 'Yet' program Adobe in my list of downloadable programs, and yet, Adobe announced the program on their Web site.  I'm burning my home made videos Full HD on a blu - ray disc, I created in Adobe Premiere and told me that still has this ability.  Does anyone know how I can go on the Adobe Encore location within the centre of creative download cloud, or the alternative method at least some?

  I finished editing PR now I need to make a DVD with menu and chapters. I used to use Adobe Encore for that but do not see it in the list of CC app. Where can I find or what app should I use to make a DVD?

  Install the CS6 first to get even. Screendump read 6.0 instead of 2014.

  Export a dvd mpeg2 predefined in the creation and import the file in again.

  Do menu and burn.

After some research, I discovered this callback is not part of the creative cloud (I don't understand why), but you can easily use the old version with the new first Pro CC, there only is without dynamic link between them, then you need to export and import several times (as stated here: using first Pro CC & Encore CS6 for Bluray) DVD and video interactive for iPad, ATV and Mobile HD | DAVTechTable | A… ). So I tried to download the CS6 of Encore, but I could not find the download site. I found this: Download CS6 products , but still is not in the list.
