Adobe first test will not - install failed to initialize error

When you try to install the downloaded file to the trial, the following message appears: "we met with the following problems:

Setup could not initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. "Running Support Advisor sees no problem.

I am running Windows 7.

If the installation program fails to initialize, then you want to check the PDApp.log file.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret this log file to troubleshoot issues with install newspapers | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.
