Adobe Flash Error IE11DRM 3321

I don't know what has changed, but here's the story.

First of all, let me say that I don't have this problem when I first installed Windows 10. It started while I was trying to use a 4K monitor. Secondly, I would like to add that Chrome works very well without any problems. It is only by using IE11 I have problems.

My original question was watching CNN Live using IE 11 on Windows 10. Of course, Flash is built in so I can't change what it is. I bought one of the new monitors 4K and it just did not work well due to a multitude of reasons. My big questions has been the best watched screen running at the Native resolution, but need to adjust the fonts and icons is a nightmare for me. Using a non-native resolution solved my problems, but the quality of the image was less satisfactory, so I finished the adventure and everything just bought a screen bigger not 4K. It is the only hardware change I made.

When I put the 4K monitor on, CNN Live would go but would be WAY oversized and I couldn't get the setting parameters. While it would have been very good and I could have stuck with the help of Chrome, other issues pushed me to go with the monitor 27 inch HD which was not 4K.

Since then, when I try to IE11 will display the video stream Live from CNN, I get an error message saying question DRM 3321. I've searched the forums and nothing seems to help. I use Flash Manager to reset and remove settings and even outside authorized PC assuming that it would issue to zero things. The strange thing is that it happens on CNN. If I go to Fox News for example and chose the live option watch, he invites me my ISP login and a password because it is allowing me to watch live. CNN worked the first time in this way and in the past, if I deleted the cache he would invite me to log in again and everything would work.

Now I get the DRM 3321 error message and it does not go beyond that.

VERY frustrated. Of course I can launch Chrome and use that but frankly although many prefer Chrome, I prefer IE and would therefore like to make it work.

Hoping that someone may have an answer to this problem. I ran scans, erased all my data using Tracks Eraser Pro, checked my registry but can find no reason to not work. X active filtering is turned off, and Shockwave Flash Access is enabled in IE11.

Thank you

Hi Jeff,

If you use the system % APPDATA variable, it brings you to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming folder.

In any case, it's ok now. Since then, you thought correct path for this.

It seems that your problem is somewhat related to a monitor.

Can you tell us your model detailed monitor information and information about the drivers?

You can use 'Information system' "Components" of the desktop application - "Display" to collect this information.

Thank you

  • The worm Moon - infected routers - false shows Message "Adobe Flash critical update required"

    Greetings,

This morning we had several workstations are popping up with an Adobe Flash error.  The browser will be taken over by an Adobe Flash required critical update page and let the browser go to other internet sites.  On the page, a box will appear that says: "Attention!"  your current version of Adobe Flash Player is out of date!  Now, your computer is vulnerable to malicious software.  Update your Adobe Flash player now. »

This message appears on IE Explorer version 9-11, Google Chrome and Firefox and OS Windows XP Pro and Windows 7 pro.  It has the behavior of a virus or malware, so I don't want to run it is to download the file named install_flashplayer_12_x32_64_msaa_aax_latest.exe.

I was able to download both installs flash player from Adobe.com for IE and other browsers site.  Sometimes I was able to run the installation of the system, and it shows that the download and installation ran well with Adobe Flash Player 12 ActiveX not appearing in the list of installed programs.  Other times, the installation does not work and the installation file is mysteriously removed.  Even after the success of the download and installation, the browser briefly works OK, then gets new seized of the "Critical update required" page.

We lack AVG Anti-Virus Business Edition, which is kept up-to-date.  A scan with this program and an updated version of Malwarebytes does not display any virus or malicious software that could cause this problem.

What can I do to get rid of this problem "Necessary critical update" and get our browsers working again?

    Thank you.

    Bill J., Lexington, KY

    I got it fixed.

He called the Moon virus or worm. It does not lie in your pc. It is a malicious code that is built into your Linksys wireless router mainly but D-Link and Motorola have also been affected. Simple solution is to reinstall your firmware and at the same time to remove all web browsing and cache the browser that even reset your default browser and YOUR PROBLEM IS FIXED.

  • Update the Adobe Flash plugin always translates into a connection error

Firefox quote plugin Adobe Flash as being outdated (has happened several times previously); the latest version of the plugin is downloaded (as done successfully many times before). This time, a connection error occurs. Repeat the process several times over several days gives the same results.

More in detail, the smallest prior download EXE which is first downloaded from the Adobe site is able to be downloaded, but by operating it said something like "Download will begin shortly," with the download of the application itself never occurring, and a later message connection error.

Although there seems to be a problem with Adobe, I suppose that other Firefox users would have also encountered this problem and he may know a solution.

Better to use the full installer offline from here:

You can check for problems with the latest version of the Flash plugin and try these:

    • disable an eventual extension of the browser for Firefox Plugin RealPlayer Record and if installed RealPlayer update
    • Disable protected mode in the plugin Flash (Flash 11.3 + on Windows Vista and later versions)
    • turn off hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
  • I'm so fed up with the error message that adobe flash broke down.

I'm so fed up with the error message that adobe flash plugin has crashed. You got two years, in order to solve this problem, and all your proposed solutions do not work. I see no alternative but to return to Internet Explorer. It's so frustrating when I check my emails and click on a link to get the same message over and over again. Why did this problem occurs only with Firefox? It is not the case with Internet Explorer and it is not the case with Google Chrome. Otherwise, Mozilla Firefox is great.

    This from Halofromsue copied here:

Well as I said in my last post, yesterday I disabled Shockwave in Plugins. However, as you know, you need shockwave and flash for most things... so I went back and set it to say "ASK to ACTIVATE" so when a web page loads and he needs, he will ask, and then I will either say 'Yes' or ' ' and that seems to work. So far, after three hours, it has collapsed and shockwave/flash all work fine when she needs.

    Me: it works!

  • I can't get Adobe Flash to work on 25 FF. Downloaded and installed the AF, but always error get to Pandora, etc.

I use FF25 on Windows 7. When I go to Pandora and Grooveshark I get error messages telling me that I need to install a newer version of Flash (v. 10 or later). I downloaded and installed (I think) Flash repeatedly, but I still get this error message. (Btw, I got the same message with IE, but I installed Flash for that and all right.) I read somewhere that I need to download the latest version of Real Player so that Flash to work. I did, but get the same error messages. I'm not tech savvy and don't know what to do now.

You don't seem to have the correct Adobe Flashplayer installed for Firefox. It is not in the list of Plugins with your question (Shockwave Flash followed by the version #). It can also be disabled in Add-ons > Plugins.

    • Adobe Flash Player is available in several versions. One is the only IE (ActiveX) and one for most other browsers (Plugin).
    • In addition, there are 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Firefox is a 32-bit browser and requires 32-bit Plugin version.
    • You can have both 32-bit versions and 64-bit installed and different browsers will use the correct version (-bit and ActiveX or Plugin).

For the use of the correct version of the relevant browser (e.g., Firefox) and go to the next page for the version appropriate; in this case, use Firefox to see the link below, you are using Firefox you must SAVE the download on your hard disk, close all browsers, then run the installation program you just downloaded. Update Flash Player, always up-to-date for IE and Firefox.

  • Adobe Flash Player Plugin - app error notice loops

I get the following error message:
    FlashPlayerPlugin_11_4_402_265.exe - Application error
The instructino at 0x71a30000 referenced memory at 0x71a30000. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program.

For some Web pages, clicking ok will cause the error msg to disappear. For most of them, like the pages of Amazon, the error msg will make a loop, that is, I click OK, then the box appears again.

It started immediately with the latest version, Firefox 15.0.1. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, nothing helps. I am running Win 8, it would be best to roll back the Firefox version or the version of Adobe Flash? Seems I should roll back Firefox, b/c the Adobe has been working fine until the update of Firefox. However, the gap Firefox tips is not not to roll back. I need to change something, or to switch to Chrome or Opera.

  • How do resolve you this error message that keep popping up - "Adobe Flash Player Update Service 11.3 r300 has encountered a problem and needs to close".

I uninstalled Adobe Flash Player and reinstalled and still receive the message.  Any suggestions?

In the forum of Support Adobe their Chris Campbell has announced that they are aware of the problem and are working on it.  As an interim solution, he suggests to change the automatic update to "notify me" when updates are available.  Go to the control panel.  Right-click on the Flash drive.  Click Open.  Click the Advanced tab.  Select the second option "notify me".  I made this change in a few hours and so far no errors arise.  Since they are working on it, I guess that they will release an update to fix the update service!

  • MSG for error ProgramFiles\SearchExtensions\Client.exe & Avira does not update & Adobe Flash Player does not work

Hello.  My computer is running XP.  My cpu is Intel Core 2 Duo processor.  Sometimes I use Firefox and Chrome.

At startup, there is always a prompt that shows "C:\Program Extensions\Client.exe Search make sure that you type the word correctly and try again".  With it, there is a white rectangular black box with label on top "C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe.  With her, I also noticed my antivirus Avira will be not updated.  It says "Your PC does not work properly", and when I click on "Difficult problem", it says "error" and does not always update.  And with her also, I can't update Adobe Flash Player.  It downloads, and then when I click "Run", he always says 'error' could not retrieve the data it needs.

I tried to uninstall and install new Avira, and it's always the same problem.  I am also afraid that I can't watch my favorite videos from YT because it requires an update to Adobe Flash Player.

I searched the internet for problems Client.exe and svchost.exe, and in one of the answers with Client.exe and taskeng.exe problems microsoft, I tried to follow somehow solutions step by step.  They require that you are looking for a task scheduler or folder tasks and I discovered my computer is not all that.  Any Scheduler task and in System32, no task folder.  Because you need to search for files with "rocket" in there and delete it.  Others find it useful.  I don't know if this is the case even with my computer.

I also try to do a system restore.  He has yet to eliminate the prompt error Client.exe and svchost.exe.  After I did, there is a message box that says "Avira CCPLG. XML file is missing.  I searched the internet, but nowhere, you can download this missing file.

I hope that my computer has no need of a reformat.  I hate reformatting.  Also, what is ADWCleaner?  Is it advisable?

Help.  I need "simple" solutions  If you have any other questions regarding this problem, please bear with me, because I'm not a techie.  Hope that everyone out there can help me.

    Thank you.

    Oh Yes...

Looking at a different Google search results, in addition to deleting "rocket"-oriented tasks, they mention using Autoruns to delete any "rocket" focused on the startup items that you may have:

    https://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=mKchQdXjuPA

It is a good idea and you can get Autoruns here:

    https://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx

Autoruns is the program Windows msconfig on steroids.

Just download it, unzip it in our office or somewhere you can find it, run Autoruns.exe, enlarge the window, you can see everything and wait until it finishes populating the list of entries.

When the Autoruns is finished scanning your system, it will say "Ready" in the lower left corner.  Autoruns can be a little intimidating to first if you have never seen it before because it displays a lot of information.  You are really interested only a few sections.

Look at everything and log tabs and you can also see your scheduled tasks.  You can also click on the "Find" button (looks like binoculars) and looking for something to do with the 'rocket', and delete them. "."

The items that appear in a color shrimpy came not "signed" with third party programs, that you have installed, and are not usually a problem.  The manufacturer just didn't "sign" their files properly.

The items that appear in a yellow color are the entries that point to a file, the path, the place that doesn't exist so that they are a bit suspicious because they probably don't make sense more.  I usually just delete those yellow, but sometimes they come back.

Autoruns does not install anything on your system - it just runs on request, so you can keep around or remove it when you're done (nothing to uninstall).
