  (Adobe) Shockwave Flash is the Flashplayer plugin. You have version 11.1 installed r102, which is the latest version. Adobe is responsible for the name, not Mozilla.

  Do not confuse Flashplayer with "Adobe/Macromedia Shockwave player" that is an old, but still used, product. Adobe is responsible for confusion, not Mozilla. Shockwave player (which, it seems, you have not installed), would show under your Plugins as "Shockwave for Director.   If you receive only codes by SMS, then my guess is that you are using the older two-step verification.

  First be sure that you are connected to iCloud on your iPhone and iPad using the same account that you are using for the two-step verification.

  The collections are version and specific user. If you want also in CC you must copy the files from the collection manually CS6 CC

  Open two windows in your finder. Go to the library to the user (by OSX10.7, hidden by default, use menu go with option to reveal) and follow this path:

  user (your user name) / Library / Application Support / Adobe / Bridge CS6 / Collections. inherent must be files with the names of your saved collections and the .filelist extension

  Copy them to the same location, but now instead of CS6 CC.

  This should make you available collections also in CC bridge after its restart.
