    go to Control Panel then click on uninstall a program or programs and features. then uninstall it. You can reinstall from hp.com software & drivers (if you have the product number, I could send a link here) or by reinstalling software recovery system reinstall. Click Start, then typed in recovery on the search at the top of the start button bar. Open the Recovery Manager, and then look for the option for reinstalling the software and that you see HP support assistant, and then click Next, be very vigilant on this options do not click "system recovery option.

    No, it isn't. In fact, it is not supported by ANY version of Lightroom at the moment. DNG converter 8.8 supports the model, and you can use it to create DNG copies that can be used in Lightroom 4.4. But the d5500 has been added will never be supported in Lightroom 4.4. Support probably will come in the next update or upgrade.

    We are currently paying two individual accounts, but we want to merge these two has a team to allow easy scaling as , we grow as a team. How can we achieve this? I tried Adobe support, but the '' solution '' provided to cancel two individual subscriptions and purchase a new subscription team didn't exactly seem a good idea because we would have to manually move a lot of data and parameters and would lose the Behence one of them connected.


    Is there a better way to do it? Someone of you have done something similar and can advise on the best approach the problem?

    Well, it's the only way.

    You will need to cancel individual accounts and then buy the team plan.

    However, you may transfer licenses team to the same Adobe ID, which the individual plan was cancelled.

  • Migration has erased my Adobe CS5 and now the serial numbers does not work to reinstall

    CS5 Web Premium worked fine on El Capitan until I migrated.  Then he gave me the screen to enter the serial number of my product or purchase.  I entered the serial number and he said that it was not valid for this product.

    I spoke with a representative of Adobe yesterday who gave me a link to download the suite again and use my serial number to activate.  I downloaded it 5 times and every time it says installation file is corrupt and eject the disc.

    I spoke with a representative of Adobe a few minutes ago and he informed me that I can't contact a representative directly on my problem and I had to come here to get answers.

    Remarkable software.  Questionable tech support up to this point.

    Does anyone know how can I do in order to get CS5 running again?
