Adobe has 7 available updates, but they do not have to be updated.

This is happenning whenever I start my computer (win 7). If I click on other windows during the "updates", the CC Application Manager disappears. Subsequently, if I try to open the Application Manager, nothing happens (it will be not just opened).

Earlier in the week I spent an hour chatting with support because I could not download Apps at all. We went through the process of using the creative cloud cleaning tool and I thought everything was fixed, now this.

Member of creative cloud?  If yes then the update are not available for direct download.  This means that you will need to complete the second part of the document and review the Setup logs to determine the exact error message you receive.  Please do not hesitate to post specific errors you want the newspaper to this thread.
